The sales people are very friendly and respectful. The delivery prep inspection was non-existent. My battery hold down wasn't on. The cables were loose. The manual was missing. The rear axle vent hose was not on the axle fitting which would allow water and dirt to get into the gear oil.
They had the machine sitting there that we wanted so that was good but I wouldn't trust their service skills. The salesman didn't know anything about the machine. I was explaining the difference between models to him. The service guy who was supposed to do the walk around and show us how it worked was probably really a burger flipper. He didn't know his you know what from a hole in the ground.
Excellent service by knowlegable staff. Gold star award!!
I'll might give them another chance, but my parts young man seemed new & it went way too slowly ; the tiny 1.5" x .75" oil filter was $14 instead of the$10 ON THEIR WEBSITE, & he didn't look into that, nor honor it when I mentioned it 🙄. All pricing is full MSRP on what I bought, which was to change oil / filter in my Yamaha XT250. $55 !! Sad to sayI am NOT impressed.
The nicest people in Yuma to deal with been here several times always enjoyable.
Iuan did a great job saling me my new Oakley Prizm goggles
Luis took the time to look for the part even after I came in to place an order. Great Customer Service
Liberty Motorsports is a wonderful place for supplies. We found everything we need. Good customer service.
Very helpful and friendly service. Had all parts in stock. Fast turn around time on repair. A+
Let me start by saying the techs were always polite and willing to help. Nice guys. However that doesn't help poor business practice and broken promises. Can't tell you how many times we took my husband's bike here for maintenance and they said it would be done either "same day" or "this Friday". Bike would NEVER be finished on time. A same day repair ended up taking 3 business days and into the weekend. It was in and out of the shop repeatedly for incorrectly ordered parts, took about a month for the dust/fork seals to finally be put on. At one point my husband had to take the bike back before the seals were put on to finish his riding course because again, it was not finished within the time frame they promised. I talked to friends who also take their bikes here and they confirmed that it's never done when they say it will be.
The turning point was when we took the bike in for a routine oil change and they dropped it. They called to let us know and said if we had any issues with the bike whatsoever, to bring it in and they'd be more than happy to fix it free of charge. I knew that was BS but hey, figured I'd try to keep an open mind. Sure enough the next time he took the bike out, coolant reservoir blew coolant all over the road because the fan was broken. Called Liberty and they towed it back to their place. What would you know, they immediately said it wasn't their fault, that it was "probably" the fan sensor and not the fan, and that there's no way dropping the bike could break the fan sensor. We went to an auto part store to buy a new fan sensor rather than buying from Liberty, and guess what! Fan sensor worked, fan itself was broken. Never had any issues with the fan until it was dropped at their store.
Never going back here. We tried a new place, Performance Motorsports on Pacific and they not only have cheaper prices, but they finish the work same day when they say same day. It really isn't that hard.
Overall buying experience was good but if you ever plan to have your side by side serviced I wouldn't recommend this place. Even with the service plan they offer that you spend extra for. Both times I've had to call to find out when the pick up guy would be by and once now I scheduled a pickup a week in advance and they never showed up. And then they were closed by the time I called them. I'll give them two stars for the fact that the services were performed, but nothing more because they aren't customer friendly. It always seems like the scheduling need to be on their terms not the customers.
Would never trust a dealership that solicits fake Google Reviews to deceive would be customers. Notice how many "Google User" reviews they have. All you have to do is click on the "Google User" to see that they are fake and paid for. You'll see that they have written many reviews all over the country for random businesses in a short period of time. Your lucky Google hasn't caught on and de indexed you. Pretty sad when you have to pay for a reputation!!
Great customer service! Always happy to help and go the extra mile. The parts and service department. Really works extra hard to fix any problem.
Took my 2012 RAZR 900 in for scheduled 50 hr maintenance. The folks there were helpful, pleasant, and professional. Work was done in a timely manner, even over the holidays. Went to pick it up, paid a very reasonable bill, walked outside to pick it up and load it on my trailer. I kid you not, I didn't even recognize my own RAZR. Not only was it serviced, but they had detailed it showroom clean. Gave it a test ride at the river, the thing purred like a kitten.
Thank you, Liberty Motorsports!!!
