Nice concept, though staff assistance was hit and miss. My son and I painted a plate for his mom's birthday, thinking that finishing all the painting 5 full days in advance was really good. But after paying at checkout we were told that it would be 7 days before it'd be ready. I asked if there was any way I could pick it up after five full days instead of seven, given that it was a birthday gift, but the woman in charge gave no indication of caring even a little bit. So we found it OK, but a little chilly.

Fun place to go on a date or with your family, just pick a piece of pottery of your choice, glaze to your liking, and pick it up a week later. Pottery prices vary, and there is a small studio fee to use their paint and brushes. Been there several times, and staff can be less than helpful

Will never go again! I had planned to take my granddaughter and her best friend and they anticipated the visit with excitement for a month (my granddaughter lives out of town). We were treated like a bother to the girl working there. There was a birthday party that day also, I'm guessing mostly girls about 11 years old, who were disrespectful to others there, although the parents of the birthday girl tried to keep them in line. The girls pushed their way in front of us, took everything off the shelves, which I could have dealt with, but when I asked the girl working there if there would possibly be a cupcake ceramic figure in the back or something, since the last one was taken, the girl said to me, "There may be, but I don't have time to open that box in front of you!" It would have taken just a few minutes. Or I could have opened it and looked. It was obvious it was only ceramic figurines in the box. I spent 50 something dollars for two pieces of crap and to be treated rudely.
