Kohl's is one of my favorite stores but I get frustrated because I can't find my size a lot. I wear a 6 and I guess that's a popular size. Spent 2 hours at the store today with a lot of time looking for my size. The store was very busy with the holiday season but the lines moved quickly. The cashier wasn't the best I've seen there. She rang up one of my items twice and wasn't going to take it off until I said something. I said I thought I had 5 items today but it shows you rang up 6 and she said yes, one of the items rang up twice without even looking at the register. Irritated me that she knew but I was glad I caught it or I would have had to come back. I will continue to shop there because they have great prices and good sales.

Very good place to shop. Good deals and Nicole helped me find exactly what I was looking for! And David the cashier gave me a coupon because I didn't have one to help me save even more!

Went specifically for women's coats. Nice selection of clothes, found $100 coats half off. Very happy with purchase. Checkout line moved fast even though they were busy.

I like kohl's , but their discounts on their merchandise has changed we're used to be able to get a discount on all their products. Corporate has changed it that items that people purchase the most you're not allowed to use your discount on anymore, That was a good reason to go to Kohl's because of the prices at other stores now the other stores have lower prices then Kohl's. So over time Kohl's is going to lose a lot of customers the reason for the four star is the employees that work there they do a a real good job. Also on there billing practices when using kohl's cash they take off the kohl's cash on each purchase then your discount cheating the customer out of money every time. Last time I used kohl's cash it was 20 dollars different and the time before that 10 dollars that was not in my favor but corporate kohl's favor.

This is a foreboding and dangerous place for unsupervised husbands/boyfriends/friend zoned guys/whatever. Bombarded with such bombs as "how cute is this" and "o my god this is I mean don't you just", and the ever dreaded and oft deadly attack "I need a new bra". Beware, men. Once lured here, you may not make it home in time for The Walking Dead.
Pro tip- that odd looking cart(?) You are pushing will fill up with the most amazing clothes your girl has ever seen. Fret not. They will soon be discarded with comments like "That's not going to fit" or "that's tacky, isn't it?" (For the love of god, men.ANSWER QUESTIONS LIKE THIS WITH AN UNINTELLIGIBLE "IUHNNOW")
Just keep pushing the perpetually waxing and waning cart thingy, look interested in what she smiles at, and shake your head at NOTHING! (You don't know what looks good. Don't try to fake it) and you should survive.response / report this review -

Last time I was there it was worse than shopping the goodwill! Clothes weren't folded, sorted, displayed well on tables. Hanging clothes were a complete wreck as well. It was a Tuesday night, not their busiest time I'm sure. Lady at service desk was so very rude and after I ask her a question, she replied you'll have to wait. She was retagging returns Not helping someone or doing anything of urgent importance. I know task have to be completed, she was extremely rude.

Great prices if you take your daughters there there is no waiting area/ seating. Be prepared to let your girls know to hurry up ;)

If you're a fan of Kohl's brands, this store is stocked to the gills. They have great sales, although somewhat disorganized. The Kohl's return policy can't be beat, including in-store returns for items purchased online.
