We could not have had a better experience. We did not expect the level of personal attention that we received. The salesperson was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She patiently pulled so many dresses. I was surprised that they had such a large selection. My daughter had 2 very beautiful options, making it difficult to choose, but she said 'yes' to one dress! We even bought the veil and earrings at AnnaLe's. We were able to cancel our appointments at two much more expensive shops. We were prepared to spend much more, but the dress came in hundreds under our budget.
Helpful staff, great prices and selection
Was helpful with pricing, good low cost dresses.
I bought my wedding dress from here back in 2010. It was such a great experience All around. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. They have a nice selection to choose from and awesome prices. Would definitely recommend to others!
I took one a couple of my prom dresses here to sell and I wouldn't do so if you're looking to earn a lot from them (you'll only earn about half what they sell it for) but I would definitely recommend AnnaLe's otherwise! Great service any time I've gone in there and I'm pretty happy with the money I'm receiving from my dress that just sold. :)
I had an incredible experience here yesterday! I'm originally from Owensboro but currently live in Chicago, IL with my future husband. When visiting home for Thanksgiving I decided I wanted to take the opportunity to go try on wedding dresses with my mom (and hopefully find something for less than the crazy Chicago prices). Being the budget conscious person I am I decided I really wanted to try to find a second hand dress at a consignment shop. Enter AnnaLe's! The sales staff was all very kind. They allowed my mother and I to browse the racks to our heart's content and when I tried on dresses I was helped to get them fully zipped/tied/buttoned so I could really get the full idea of what the dress looks like on my body. When I was stuck between two dresses the consultant helped me out with her very honest and very welcome opinion on which she preferred. She was SO right. I ended up walking out with my dream dress that just so happened to be on sale for 50% off.
I could not have asked for a better experience. All of the dresses in this store seemed to be in excellent condition. Many of them, including mine, were labeled as brand new (meaning they came directly from a bridal shop instead of from a bride). I can tell the staff is very choosy about what they take in. While I was there I overheard a conversation between an employee and a customer on the phone where the employee said they require that items be cleaned/pressed/etc before they'll take them in. Any bride should be happy to get their dress here!
I just wanted to share the awesome experience I had at AnnaLe's Twice Chosen Bridal. I'm newly engaged and I was terrified to try on wedding gowns!! I had been to several other dress shops and at the end of the day, hadn't found my dress. As a last stop, my future mother in law convinced me to go into Annale's. Thank God! The girls were so nice to me, I finally felt like trying on wedding dresses was fun! They had tons of beautiful gowns to choose from, and I fell in love with the staff . I felt like it was a room full of my closest friends cheering me on. I finally understand what people mean when they say they knew it was their dress. I felt that magical feeling, and I can't thank those girls enough for giving me the boost of confidence I needed on my wedding day.
i would like to say that upon my first, only and LAST visit to this place, i was very disappointed with the rude manner i was treated with. i am 5 months pregnant, was just browsing for the time being, as i am planning to get married within the next couple of years. i had my 5 year old daughter and my mother with me when i came in the store and my daughter, who is like every other NORMAL 5 year old in the world was excitedly looking through the dresses, when we were approached by someone, who's name i didn't catch. she was rude to my daughter, as though TOUCHING a dress was going to ruin it and then when i told her to come over to me, the woman, in the meanest tone possible told me that i didn't need to yell because there was a bride in the store. mind you, i did NOT yell at my child. i said her first and middle name in a mild manner to get her attention. at this point, because of the look from the woman and sheer rudeness that we were treated with, the three of us left the store. i don't appreciate being treated like a piece of trash when i have every right to be there just like every other person in the world. i will also make sure to let anyone that i know to stay away from your store because of her. not to mention, it's all used junk and i wouldn't pay you two cents for most of it. i'll keep my shopping to a real professional store.
