  Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale service department team is amazing. Always a pleasure to deal with professional and knowledgeable associates. Cesar, my service advisor is kind and a pleasure to deal with. He always greets with a smile and is accommodating.
  
  My technical advisor, Felipe, has a world of knowledge regarding Ferrari automobiles I trust his work.
  
  No doubt, Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale is fortunate to have these amazing individuals on their TEAM!

  One of the best customer service I have ever received in my life I received it today at Ferrari in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you so much Cristina for being an excellent and super professional, and highly kind employee who served us today. My son was fascinated by her attention and kindness. The place is great, but what makes it extraordinary is Cristina the salesperson.

  I recently had the pleasure to work with Ferrari Fort Lauderdale again on my second deal with them and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Christina and Farzan. From the moment I met Farzan and talked to Christina on the phone, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel like a valued customer. Christina was incredibly knowledgeable about the finance options available and helped me find the perfect deal for me. Farzan was an absolute delight to work with and made the entire sales process seamless and stress-free and made me feel like a friend not just a customer. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and trade in, even took the time to show me all the features of my new Ferrari. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Ferrari Fort Lauderdale and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. I went in with a 812 Superfast and got into a 488 Pista Spider Thank you, Christina and Farzan, for making my dream become a reality!

  My son and I walked around the showroom for about 20 minutes. One very kind staff member interacted with us a bit and we were otherwise left to walk and view the cars without being bothered. Didn’t buy anything so can’t speak about the buying process here.
