They fixed the problem. However, after they do a whole car inspection they tend to find maintenance they recommend be done that is more then is really necessary. I the car in for a squeak and they said I needed new front rotors and pads. I later took it in for a noise in the back brakes and they cleaned the rust off the front rotors and rear drums and all is well. Then they said there was corrosion on the terminals. When I check it was dirt and easily brushed off. They said I should replace the engine air filter and I checked and they were correct. Their service writers are paid on commission for what work they sell so they tend to make thing bigger then they really are to generate work. I can't afford that and always check what they recommend.

This is our second lease of our RAV4 and we couldn't be happier. Our sales person, Curt Gardner and Mary Porter. Any questions we had were answered fully and to our satisfaction. The dealership and all the employees were courteous and I haven't ever seen a better, cleaner, or comfortable dealership. We won't do business with any other dealership and we always know who to call if we have and question or concerns. Yes, we have several options and dealerships around us and all are much closer to home. For us it's simple, we'll always drive the extra 50 miles (+/-) because we know we can trust the dealership and everyone we've ever had contact with. - James and Andrea Roberson

Great experience. We had our Pacifica 6 weeks and the 3rd row seat got stuck halfway up. We were on vacation so went to Fernelius Chrysler on a Monday around 8:30 am. Did not have an appointment but they got us in and about an hour later we were on our way. They have a little restaurant in the dealership where we had breakfast of egg sandwiches with tomato lettuce and cheese. What a unique idea! Very nice waiting area. We had brought all kinds of stuff to read since we thought we would be there a long time. What a surprise to be done so quickly. Would definitely go back. Everyone was so friendly. I think how they take care of you after you buy the car is more important than the buying. We had such a great experience that we are thinking about buying our next car there.

I recently bought a car from Fernelius and I could not be happier with my visit there. Everyone was extremely helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. The salesman I worked with, Justin Stiles, was exceptionally helpful and found answers for me to any question I asked and was also very patient. I will definitely return here to buy my next vehicle!

Out of town, on the road, and unexpectedly in need of service. Our older Dodge Ram was added quickly to their work on a busy day for them. Honest diagnosis. Very fair price. We are grateful.
In addition: Incredible customer waiting area - seating area; roomy,clean restrooms; cafe (independent, local operator- very nice ); exercise room; men's and women's locker rooms with shower in each.

Went in for a single recall on my 2004 dodge Durango, the service manager found I had 2 recalls active. Setup an appointment, expecting the work to take 2-4 hours, they were both done in less than an hour. Great service, very personable employees.

I have a 2013 Prius with 110,000 miles on it. Bought from this dealership, and took to this dealership for new brakes. After the brake repair, the left rear tire made a noise periodically. Took it back to them, 150 miles round trip, service told me a stone was in the brake and it was all better. Drove back home, noise still there. At this point, I called the service manager Dennis, explained the issue again. He sent someone to come get my car, and "worked on it" for four days. They were unable to locate the noise. Returned my car to me with a letter stating they could not find the noise. I now have 8 miles until I run out of gas. I live 19 miles from the nearest station! It was nice doing business with you. NOT

I ended up buying a truck from Fernelius Toyota from out of state. They had the specific color and trim that I wanted. From the first email communication, Curt, was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I didn't get the salesperson vibes or run around like typical car sales people. He was straight forward with the price and process. The truck wasn't arriving for a few weeks after I put down the deposit, and he kept me updated on the status throughout the process. When it came to picking up the truck, Curt had it all detailed, inspected, and inside waiting for us when we arrived. The paperwork was all ready to go, and since he had provided everything for me to review the week before, we literally just had to sign and drive off. One thing about this experience that was different than any other new car I've bought, was Curt spent the time to actually sit with me and teach me about the vehicle and how all the technology and features worked. This showed he was truly knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling and cares about his customer's ability to utilize the vehicles properly and get the most satisfaction out of driving them. Almost every other dealer I'd worked with in this latest truck buying experience didn't know nearly as much as I did from my own research. Curt was the only one to surpass my own knowledge. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had, and Curt was the one to make it so.
