Horrible service tub wasn't clean non smoking room smells like smoke, the older lady don't understand English well.

Very clean jacuzzi in the room looked new it was a very nice place to get away from the kids for a night with my wife. Will come back again. Customer service needs some work but not awful. Reason its not a 5 star rating.

The room was ok for the price. It just felt creepy for check in to check out. I'm not a motel snob..this is just not a friendly place. Talking to desk person through bulletproof glass at 9 pm.not good. We wanted to use a different credit card than what we had made the reservation with.NOPE. ..they had already charged it when we started the check in progress. At check out the lady didn't speak English and could not get us a receipt. A man came to help that had very poor English ability.he wrote us a receipt on a generic carbon pad. He was VERY upset that we asked for a receipt.
Thin - small towels. For $20 more. go down the road!response / report this review -

The room was for the most part very nice and clean. The only problems were the fireplace did not work and the whirlpool had a repaired crack in it but was done poorly so it actually scratched me. There's lots of restaurants in the area fast food and sit down places. The area is quiet.

Beautiful Rooms at a great price! Cozy setup and family run! The owners were really nice and helpful! Can't wait to go back for the Jacuzzi Room!!!

I can't attest to the friendliness of the staff, as my husband handled check in/out. We got a jacuzzi room. The room was clean. The bed was ok, there were 2 pillows that were way too soft. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock unless we pushed the whole system down. The gas fireplace was on a timer, but shut off way before the time ran out. Which made me nervous, due to the fact that when we started the fireplace it smelled very strongly of gas. The jacuzzi was ok, had a hump in the 2nd person area, which doesn't make sense. The outside was very well lit at night. It was quiet. It does seem like a shady location but I didn't feel unsafe.

Nice place to stay. Clean which to me is so important. Non smoking, which is a close first to importance. It's also quiet. They take pride in ownership of this place. The landscaping is so well taken care of. Only 2 gripes. Parking is limited. Any truck over 20ft forget about it. They need new pillows. They are too flat. I will stay here again. I travel throughout the United States & I always give honest reviews good or bad. I'm on Twitter@cubbieblu72
