Great place to stay with my two little dogs. They had their own queen bed but they still slept with me of course. The place is nice but they did need to vacuum under the bed a bit more. My dogs went under there and came back with a little chip. Not a big deal as the rest was super clean. The bathroom was all new and the wood floors were really nice in the bathroom and vanity. Plus a huge kitchen with everything you could need. Very nice!

This hotel was not clean (with obvious trash on the floor and furniture), hair in the sink and even the pillows. The front desk, when informed of this, said that rooms "are usually clean" (??) and only offered a different room once I insisted. After checking the second room, I almost immediately noticed hair on the pillow. Needless to say, we packed up and went to the Detroit Sheraton down the street! Sheraton was more than accommodating and not only matched the rate but gave us free WiFi and breakfast vouchers! I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay America. They are dirty and do NOT care about their guests.

Not happywe booked 2 queen beds & a sofa bed & the first 2 rooms did not have sofa beds & the first one I walked into smelled terrible!!! The lady @ the desk was very sweet & trying to accommodate us. She finally got us our room which was very accommodating but now our shoes are sticking to the wood floor as we walk. So, my husband took a damp towel & with his foot went around & mopped the floor. The towel was black!!! I'm not a happy camper!!!!

Friendly staff. Quiet. Halls, common areas, parking, stairs/elevator, vending and laundry clean and welcoming. Room was nice, but looked like they hadn't swiffered under the bed in awhilelota of dust bunnies and remnants of the previous guests. Also, television was small and not the best picture quality. All-in-all though, our stay was nice.

When we walked into our room we were surprised at how nice it was. It had a separate living room next to the kitchen. It had 2 closest and a nice bathroom. The heater worked a little too well. We were both too warm.
