It was a pleasure dealing with our salesperson Chris McClorey. He is very knowledgeable about the various GM products and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't your typical salesperson and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't need. Customers will really appreciate the type of respectful interaction Chris provides.

We had a very good experience with our car repair at Champion Chevrolet. Every aspect of the repair from drop off to pick up was excellent. Customer service was excellent, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you!!

Amber and Tom are the best! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, work on my Silverado was done quickly, even when I kept adding additional services. This was the second time I’ve used the service department and is now the only place I’ll take my truck. I’ve recommended Champion to everyone I know!

Your sales staff is efficient and friendly, knowledgeable about what you need in a vehicle, not too pushy, and let YOU decide which vehicle is best for you! This is my second purchase of a Chevy product. My 2006 Malibu Maxx lasted over 239,000 miles, due to not only my maintenance, but the excellent care received from your service department. I have never felt pressured into getting unnecessary work, either. My car still looked good, but it was finally time. It was fun to see the service department as excited about my new purchase as I was, lol. I am so glad that Chevy has recommitted to hatchbacks, as I didn't want to switch dealers. Thanks so much!!!

Probably the worst dealership in the history of dealerships. I would give them 0 stars but then somebody might think I hadn't rated them. Not only did they totally rip off my father-in-law (who was literally dying of cancer at the time) and mother-in-law 3 years ago on a lease, but when i brought it to the sales manager's attention, he made fun of them for signing the lease. Then, they recently tried to get my mother-in-law to sign a new rip off lease but we were smart enough to go to Moran Chevrolet and get a way better deal on a far nicer vehicle and when Kol at Moran saw how bad the Champion lease was, he bought out the last 4 months of her existing lease. Don't go to Champion under any circumstances. You'll regret it.

Bob Mineau is one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. I may have spent 9 hours here but Bob and Christian really worked some magic here, I recently got in a car accident and I’m 22, somehow with the help of my dad these two guys got me a steady reliable vehicle and I don’t have to worry about safety or water getting in my car anymore. I mean I really just don’t have the words this dealership is amazing, the people in the dealership are amazing. And you should come here. You really should.

As always the service there was professional, timely , and done correctly. Their service people are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I chose to use their shuttle service which was easy and convenient for me on that particular day. It is very easy to say if you need service for your car take it here.

The Chevrolet dealership is fairly large and keeps up with all the other dealerships in metro Detroit area.
A large customer waiting lounge with fresh coffee, cookies. TV, free WiFi. Also a large service section, to service all GM brands.
A very friendly & knowledgeable staff, a no - pressure environment.
Worth visiting the showroom, when in market for a vehicle.

They take care of you at Champion Chevrolet. When you come in to see about a car and your sales agent is busy with a customer. They set you up with another very helpful person. Then not only do you have someone working for you then you have 2 getting things done so you can get the car you want a the price you can afford and drive it home. I felt I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. This was by far the best experience buying a car I have ever had. I will be returning to this dealer. Thank you Champion Chevrolet.

Wanted to share with you that we had a wonderful experience with Travis and my mother purchased a used 2017 Verano.? Travis worked with us on trade in price and arranged for personal delivery of the vehicle as we had scheduling difficulties.? We traveled over 50 miles to your dealership, and Travis made the trip worthwhile.

Came in Tuesday to find a car and just couldn't find the exact fit for me. Dustin and the management staff brought in a car from Lansing that was exactly what I was looking for! Love my new car and love the staff! Super friendly with my restless 4 year old and took great care of us! Id highly recommended visiting Dustin for your next car! 😀

As a first time car buyer I didn't fully know what to expect. After sitting at this dealership for three days I was told my one option for a car and it was nowhere near what I asked for. The salesman didn't try to negotiate or see if I could put more money down for what I did ask for either. After telling him that it wasn't going to work he said "Well if that's not going to work then it's just not going to work." For someone in sales that's a pretty horrid way to try and sell a car. I'd stay away if you want good service. Brighton Ford had me in a car within an hour.

We went there looking for a car. We decided at this time we just can't afford it but it was one of the BEST experiences we have had at a dealership ever! We haven't bought a GM car in at least 30 years, but after our experience here we would go back in a heartbeat! The sales person, Josh Darling, first offered us something to drink. Then he asked us what brought us in today. He truly listened to our needs. He asked intelligent questions to find out what our wants, needs & dealbreakers were. He recommended a car that would have been perfect for us. His manager, Tony Tori, came over and introduced himself. He told us how proud he was of Josh & while Josh was taking care of the paperwork & bringing the car around he talked with us to keep us company. We took the car for a short test drive and it drives like a dream.

We plan to go back here for our next car as soon as we can figure out how to afford it.

This is the third time in a row having a very bad experience with this dealership. I brought my vehicle in this time because both my bright headlights went out exactly at the same time. My thought was 'this is not good, something is wrong with the electrical system'. Checked fuses and they were fine and decided to not mess around and take it to the dealership. I just had the vehicle in several months earlier with a problem, when leaving the key in the ignition for just a few minutes would give me an alarm that the battery was low. I had just had a new battery put in a year prior and there seems to be something wrong with the electrical system. Leaving my back hatch open also caused the battery to die. So they said it would be $105.00 for diagnosing the problem again and then several hours later called and said it would be $410.00 to change the light bulbs before they could run any electrical test. My response is not appropriate to say and told them I would be coming to pick my vehicle up. When I got there they still said I had to pay for the diagnostic test even though they did nothing. I will never go back after all these years and I will let everyone know how I was cheated by them.
