I worked with Steve Hartwig to select potential vehicles, test drive and ultimately pick out my 2018 Terrain. I was warmly welcomed the moment I walked into the showroom. My salesman, Todd Trafalski was absolutely amazing!!! My lease was coming due and I was considering 3 different vehicles. I never had much good experience with service from dealerships, but LaFontaine in Highlands changed that. Just over all an awesome dealership that is fair in price, very friendly atmosphere lots of very helpful service professionals especially Victoria the wonderful lady who I always go to. And Mary Ann in sales is super nice I would not buy a Caddy from any other dealership. Best dealership in my book and you can easily tell by all the reviews.

LaFontaine was the third dealership i went to the day i bought my truck. There is no comparison. I won't go anywhere else now. I found integrity and work ethic beyond what I've seen in any other dealership. Laura made things easy and was great to work with. It was my first time being there and it left a great impression.

I had been car shopping for a couple weeks, test driving and reading consumer reviews on all makes/models. I went to LaFontaine to LOOK at several vehicles I was interested in seeing. I met Kurt. Immediately I felt comfortable talking and listening to him because he was friendly and knowledgeable. After telling Kurt what I needed/wanted in my new car, he showed me several options that fit not only what I wanted but within my budget. I left that day in my new Buick Encore! Everything I wanted and more (even the perfect color) for less! I will definitely be returning for service and any future vehicles!

The best and easiest car buying experience ever! I leased a Cadillac SRX within 24 hours of test driving it. My sales rep John Edwards gave me a rose when I left in my new car with a smile and congratulations. The whole experience was sweet!! I love my car.

I wanted to start a two year, low miles, leasing program. I visited the LaFontaine Cadillac Buick GMC website, answered a few questions and submitted my inquiry. I received a quick and welcoming reply back by Beth Guerrero, a LaFontaine Concierge. Beth answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for me to visit with Tonia Kelley, my Sales Professional.

My visit with Tonia was very pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed while talking with her. Tonia made my leasing agreement very easy and stress free. Honestly, it can't get much easier than this!

After Tonia explained all of the details of the lease agreement, I visited Kirk Shubert, my Business Manager, to go through the financial side of things. Kirk made me feel comfortable and relaxed as well, while making sure that I understood financial details.

My experience with LaFontaine Buick GMC Cadillac exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them. A great big thanks go out to Beth, Tonia and Kirk. See you in two years!

Acquiring the Buick Envoy was a snap. Deciding on features was easy even with many choices, but I was helped by talking about how I would use the vehicle and what I needed to do with my family in Canada and with customers and suppliers of goods I sell online. Today, my first working day, I visited six suppliers and was comfortably able to 'load' my responsive car and drive all day stopping to conduct business.

My experience was great ! I was on time for my appointment that I made online. I was greeted promptly.Vehicle inspection and write up was taken care of by my service advisor Eric. I was given a pager and a chit for a free beverage.

Where else can you have lunch at the Bistro, read the newspaper, watch TV and have an oil change and tire rotation in little less than an hour. This is the greatest dealership I have ever dealt with.
