I have always been impressed with the attention to details. Not today. I did the $40 wash. No wiping the wheels. Hopefully just a bad day. Usually great.

Service is terrible here. I paid for the most expensive service they have but they did very poor job. Left a lot of trash in the car, windows and dashboard weren’t touched. And to top it off their employees were asking for a tip!

Free vacuums and free hand towel dry finish at the the end of quick wash drive through. You can tip the men hand finishing your car but it is not required or pressured for by the workers. Several monthly packages available good at two locations.

I was very disappointed with my visit today my husband and I took our vehicles to get cleaned and we both left with scratches on the driver's side. When we took our cars, there were no scratches. It appears to me the brushes should be changed.

These folks do a good job at a reasonable cost. I had my wife's car done inside and out. They did a good job on the interior and the windows. Remember to tip the staff.

I bought a detail package on groupon, the instructions said to e-mail fast n' clean and I would get an automated response. No automated response ever came. So next, I tried to call. After calling multiple times over a course of three days to both locations I came to the realization that this place is either out of business or will be shortly. Terrible managment, what a joke!

I have found a place nearby to take my car. The prices are reasonable, the attendants are patient while you get your head around a first visit, and they try to be thorough while quickly getting through the line of weekend car care enthusiasts. I will definitely return!

I would like to rate higher but I bought the monthly subscription and the guy slapped the unremovable sticker at a 45 degree angle on the driver's side windshield. When asked to remove and replace he said they normally charge $3 for that! The hand dry guys are nicer then the gate attendant. 3 stars.. not great not bad.

Wash service is fast. Mostly clean inside and out. Never used detailing service. Not sure Groupon really a 40+ percent saving.

Stay Away! You have to request a call via the website/email. Website is always down. I sent an e-mail and received a call a week later which I missed. I called back right away and had to leave a voice mail. They called me back over a week later. Unfortunately, I was in a meeting and missed the call again. I called back the same day and had to leave another voice mail. It's been over 2 weeks now and I have not heard back. I complained to Groupon who I purchased a package from. They contacted the business and said I should hear from them within 48 hours. Still no contact. TY Groupon for refunding my money.

I got a groupon for this. Attempted to schedule the service for more than 1 week and it was of no use. Went by this place got the appointment and then once I arrived for my appointment it was all smooth. Work and time taken for the work was satisfactory.
I would not recommend anyone to buy groupon for this company unless you are prepared to drive by their place for the appointment. They do not pick phone and they do not respond e-mails.

They advertise a white glove full car detailing but what you end up receiving is a car wash, your carpets shampooed and then a quick armoural of the dash, that's it. there is no attention to detail and chances are you will end up with more dirty cracks than a.. well I'll leave that one alone.
