Very unprofessional. Had trouble with the house keeping manager and assistant house keeping manager. Wish them the best, but will never go there again. Qaulity Inn was better.

Hotel location was great. Front desk staff was great. Could've been a breakfast options. Walls are very thin. Rooms are very small. Had watch and a cell phone disappear

Nice washer and dryer and the coffee was fresh and hot. But the room smelled very mildewy when the AC unit was on. Rm 204 needs a new fliter. Yuck

Clean, comfortable and modern room. Surprisingly quiet. Nice, clean bathroom. Appreciated the ironing board and iron in the room. Roomy breakfast area with many selections. Super nice staff.

We stopped on our way out they town. Our arrival time was close to 10:30 pm. Rose was the front desk clerk and I asked her for a discounted rate since we arrived so late and she was very accommodating and wonderful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was extremely satisfying, and a lot to choose from. The only disappointing part is the hot tub was not working and after driving 5 hours straight this would have been nice to use even for a bit. The pool was a bit cool. But I would give this a solid 4.5!

Quite and comfortable rooms even though construction was going on outside for the new building of their's. Beautiful entry and continue through the hallway's and other rooms like the pool and restrooms, etc..
Staff was friendly, professional and helpful and if we are in the area ever again, we will be glad to choose them for our place to stay and rest.

Had issues booking our room through the website when using accrued points. Rose at the front desk did her best to get us into a room after the system recognized the original reservation number but was not assigned to any user on top of which booked for the wrong day. Hotel staff was great and so was the stay. Customer service on the phone trying to resolve the issue on the other hand was horrible. Was hung up on twice. The second time, CS rep agreed to hold as I tried to call downstairs to validate a question that the CS rep had, when I returned to the phone, the rep had already hung up. All within 2 minutes or less.

Nice place. Modest price and it delivers on all fronts. The exercise room is nice and even better than Spring Hill suites nearby. Rooms food etc are good. Convenient to all restaurants. Walk to Cracker Barrel.

Requested a feather-free room, but they didn't switch out the pillows. Thinking they had heard my request I trusted that there would be no down in the room but after laying on the bed, my eyes started to puff and my noose was stuffy. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Other than that everything else was good.
