Called to book two conjoined rooms and BRITTANY who answered the phone was less than pleasant. Told me what they had available without even asking me what I needed. After she told me I asked if they had any conjoined rooms and she said yes but they aren't guaranteed. Ok that's fine, so then I asked is there a time I can cancel with out being billed. She said you have 24 hrs so it'd be Friday. I said what time is check in and she is still being extremely rude and says it'd be Friday. Then goes it's 3! And got real crappy and says do u want the room or not. Told her no cause a I didn't like her attitude. And hung up.

Springhill Suites is always a wonderful stay. Clean and well appointed rooms, and friendly staff. I stay here whenever availble when I am in the Terre Haute area.

Marriott is my regular go-to place and so I look specifically for their properties on the road. This particular location seemed hidden. GPS dropped me in parking lot about 300 yards away and I would have seen it had they turned on the sign on the building. After a 10 minute drive and a different navigation app I found it behind another hotel. The lobby was clean and the front desk manager was friendly. My room was clean and prepared. The 3 start treating comes from the Wall mounted HVAC system. I'm in the third floor and even though I have turned off the fan on my unit the room seems to vibrate because another unit was so loud. When I turned mine on I had to nearly double the volume on the TV and then go figure out which panel on the unit was causing all the rattles. The rate for the room was good but I would have paid more for a quieter room.

Has easy access to 70, nice amenities. The room has ample space for a family of 5. The swimming pool was pleasant, and the free breakfast selection was excellent, albeit the seating a little tight.

Comfortable place to be . Very close to grocery stores, shopping mall, fast food places. It's about 5 minutes from the FBOP where I was visiting. Docked one star because I was expecting two queen beds and it had two double beds. The bathroom isn't very updated. Overall it was a great place to visit.

A convenient location near I70. There are lots of places to eat nearby. It great to be able to walk to a restaurant after all day in the car. The hotel is nice. When traveling with kids having 2 double beds and the extra pull out sofa bed and the refigerator and microwave are very helpful. Staff are very nice. We love any of the Marriott hotels but definitely prefer those that include breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here last week. They had very nice clean, comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone stopping through this area. Great quality and value.

Stayed here on a Saturday night as we were passing through the area. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. Clean rooms and very roomy for myself and 2 boys. Definitely will be back!

They were very accommodating. We have twin toddlers & I'm on crutches. We were able to get 2 cribs & mobility accessible room. They even had a toy for each of the twins. The room was clean & spacious. We would stay here again.
Be careful w/ Google directions. The hotel is hidden in back of parking lot, left when facing Old Navy & behind Holiday Inn Express.response / report this review
