NO TV information in rooms -UNREAL !!! Staff is friendly and respectful. No answer on why WHAT WE CALL mystery TV. No channels have any information when viewing the TV guide. Management says it will be Thanksgiving before they can fix the TV issue here. (Aug 292017) Not a good situation for Extended Business stays or those who value have TV information !!!
Unacceptable answer and NO CORPERATE (Hilton ) response when I contacted them.

UNREAL !!!! BLANK TV MENU IN EVERY ROOM.

    Nov 11 2017
STILL HAVE NO TV MENU IN ALL ROOMS!!!!

    August 29 - November 11 still waiting ??

Obviously management is not interested in fixing these Hampton TVS !!!
REPLIES make it sound like it is fixed.
    IT IS NOT !!!!

Our client Christine Little recently stayed here while performing near by, and we would like to send a huge Thank You to the staff and management for being so awesome during her stay! The room was perfect, and the property was very nice. There was a laundry room, fitness center, and a free breakfast to get all caught up and back to "normal" before hitting the road again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

Staying at the Hampton Inn in Bloomington was such a delight. The check in process was seamless and Michael was attentive and thorough. The rooms were clean, updated, and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again, and not just for the delicious free cookies!

A bit dated but not horrible by any stretch of the imagination. I travel a ton for work so I may be a bit biased but this Hampton was consistent with the rest. Hamptons are typically a safe bet and this one stayed the course.

The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and friendlyfrom the Sr. Mgrs to the Housekeepers and Maintenance people! The hotel is somewhat old but very comfortable, with tasteful furnishings and nicer-than-usual artwork. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent! Over a long stay we were never disturbed by any noise, and our own revelries and television never caused any problems with neighboring guests. They also have what may be the best complimentary hotel breakfast offered anywhere: Eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, fresh fruits, yogurts, oatmeal, bagels, Belgian waffles (batter ready to cook, with a good waffle iron and simple method), along with an impressive array of potential toppings. And of course, fresh brewed coffee--"robust" and regular, plus hot water with a variety of teas. They also have juices and fruits like bananas available around the clock. Plus they put out freshly-baked, dangerously tempting cookies each weekday afternoon! The outdoor pool is good--sized, and there is a respectable area of grass and trees around most of the structure.

Rooms are great. Beds are very comfortable. The housekeeping services were amazing too. My only complaint is no hot tub in the pool area. :(

This was THE WORST hotel experience of my life. I was put up here for a few weeks while I worked at a local company, and in that short time span my car was BROKEN into, over a THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of personal items were stolen, and I had the displeasure of dealing with an extremely USELESS hotel staff.

The hotel conveniently does not have cameras both inside AND outside, so there was no evidence to document any of the issues that I experienced. All of the badge in doors they have - ALL of them - get stuck on a regular basis, so that anyone can walk right in, even without a badge. The turnover in the cleaning staff was high, because nobody could manage to do a good job.

I didn't get the choice to stay here, but you probably do- STAY AWAY! If you do decide to make the worst mistake of your life, bolt your door at night and insist that your personal items go into the safe at the front desk. Otherwise, the WASTES of space and oxygen that are the Hampton Inn management will inform you that the fact that they can't keep their hotel staff on a leash is your fault.

0/10 would never stay here even for free again.

Pics related. They are my car and my empty Nintendo Switch case. At least they left the case! That was SO SWEET of them.

Place was decent. Could tell it's been renovated and not new. Breakfast bar was small and seemed to never be fully stocked.

Was only there for a quick night's sleep. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were a bit small. I left before breakfast was available but it certainly smelled good.

Nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are nice but walls thin, can hear doors slamming and people talking loudly in rooms next door. Housekeeping very noisey in the morning so not a good place to stay if you want to sleep in

Pretty much your standard Hampton experience, i.e. pretty good. Clean rooms, good breakfast, gave late check-out when requested. Friendly and helpful staff.
