Don't let the lobby fool you. Once you reach the elevator it's all down hill (smells badly). The tub was filthy and needed to be cleaned and the room also smelled bad. When we woke up that morning for breakfast (only option was cereal or waffle) we saw bugs crawling on the bed and decided to leave. Needs to be exterminated and upgraded. Front desk clerk was great.
DON'T STAY HERE the staff is rude, the hotel is disgusting. Poop in the toilets, blood on the wall, busted walls, no ice machine, in made beds it's terrible!!!!! Worst redroof inn I've ever stayed at and they won't refund you just give you a free night. You'd be better off losing the money. Children are running wild with no parents in site and the people who stay here are very dysfunctional. This hotel makes crack hotels look like Hilton's. Drug deals are openingly happening and the whole hotel smells of cigarettes. Keep your money.
Not the type to write bad reviews just for the fun of it, or try to literally exaggerate everything because that's definitely not the case. But I've never been somewhere so dirty or unstable, we got into our first room, blood stains all over the sheet. And the bed was made so they obviously had to see it, thinking we would just sleep over it? The next room, toilet seat was broken, and the third room there were white stains on the floor, and the bed looked to be broken. It is not worth the money at all. And honestly gave me the chills. It was creepy and you could hear everything through the thin walls, it's def not worth the stay. Please do not go here. I would rather sleep in my car.
As I met a car accident and my car was towed, I just chose to stay at here as an emergence because I have lived in other Red Roof hotels and felt satisfied with the conditions. However, this time it is really not so good. The room is spacious. However, an annoying beep sound appeared every minute and even after I turned off the lights and air conditioner! And that definitely influenced negatively when I intended to sleep. In addition, the lobby is the coldest one among all the hotels I have lived. And it is called a ban-smoking hotel, but I smelled smoke a little when I lived in.
If I could post lower, I would. We NEVER should have checked in, but it was late-we were tired-this was the first hotel we saw. The whole hotel was filthy, there are people hanging out at every entrance/exit door and in the halls. We walked in the room and out within 1 minute. The front desk refused to give us our money back, so we're now waiting for management tomorrow. We didn't feel safe and the hotel lobby & halls was FREEZING. NO GOOD!!
