Took my children over spring break and it was an awesome time. The pool is big and clean. Rooms are very modern. Staff is friendly.

Room was clean and in good condition. Close to several restaurants. I was part of a wedding party that was staying and the person at the front desk told all of the wedding guests there would be a shuttle for everyone to and from the reception. As it turned out the shuttle to bring everyone back from the reception only sat about 9 people so we had to Uber back to the hotel which cost us $30. I feel like it would've been a good idea to warn us that the shuttle wouldn't fit everyone considering the number of people he told. The bar prices are high; expect to pay around $8 per drink. The breakfast was expensive for what you got as well.

I called this place home for two and a half months while working at UPS in Hodgkins. I made small talk with the friendly restaurant staff in the mornings eating breakfast, which is made-to-order and is great quality. The rooms were admittedly unspectacular, but you're not staying at Holiday Inn for luxury. Staff was always ready to help and I never had to wait long for assistance if there was a line. I can't comment on normal cost as I stayed with a corporate rate. I'd stay here again for sure.

The location is in Bolingbrook. The room was clean and a good size. The service was friendly and bar/restaurant was nice. Shuttle driver to our event drove very fast! Driver back was very monotone. So improvement would be, more friendly and engaging and safe drivers.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with microwave and refrigerator, which is a plus for me.

Been staying here for work for the last 7 years. Always had a great experience. Was surprised to see this last visit this week that they remodeled. Now it's even better!!!! A+ Very friendly and helpful staff too!

Very nice .it has everything you would need. I enjoyed the hot tub. The room was very satisfactory and had a bar on the first floor. I will be going back on my next time I'm there.

The hotel is very clean and has all the latest accommodations. Despite a billing mishap by a front desk clerk, the hotel manager (Mike) displayed the excellent qualities of honesty and good business ethics. The values and great communication skills of this manager are exceptional. Five stars for this one!

Really closer to 4 stars. Clean and cozy and convenient! But we unfortunately had a room with a few problems. A broken lock on the bathroom door - we had to keep the door open until maintenance located a part to fix it. We were told 24 hours but we stepped out and it was fixed when we returned. We also had an overflowing toilet which we had to hunt down a plunger for and then return. That was a little too DYI for me. Other than the two minor issues, it was a good stay.

Not good food. Small portions, bland and over priced. Continental breakfast a serious joke with small cut up fruit and doughnuts purchased at local gas station. Air conditioner loud and fan will not stay on constant on so you wake up everytime it kicks in. Stains on carpet. No towel racks but dusty shelf for towels. Mold around tub. Stay elsewhere.

I used this hotel for our wedding block in June. The hotel is newly remodeled and very nice. I got the presidential suite and it was a great size to have my bridal party get ready in. Their bar is also very nice and the bartenders were great. That is about the only positives of having our block at this hotel. Guests would call to book a room and were told it was full when there were plenty of rooms left. This continued to happen even after talking to them about it. Then they would book outside the block and were able to get cheaper rate than were offered for my block. I thought the point of a block was to get a cheaper rate? I was told a schedule for my shuttle would be displayed and it was not. Even after I reminded them, they got the times wrong. The driver for our shuttle didn't show up on time which made many of my guests miss half of my wedding ceremony. No one even acknowledged that it happened until I said something the next day. There was also an issue afterwards, and many people had to get an uber back. I would definitely recommend not using this hotel.

Updated look. Comfortable mattress. Good water pressure. Nice bar/restaurant. Only issue is if you are on the back side of the hotel there is some highway noise. Other than that, great hotel.
