The rooms are falling apart. They claim they are renovating, but there is no evidence of it. The breakfast is low quality as well. But 24 hour cookies!!

UPDATE: They have recently finished renovating their hotel and it is 50x better. The rooms have been updated, and feel clean and modern now.

The rooms are nice enough, but I've stayed at better places nearby for the same price. The hot tub wasn't heated and there was no apparent way to turn it on. The rooms have a better and quieter air conditioning system than many other places I've been.

They went out of their way for a special "emergency" for our family! We were headed to FL when our 5 yr old son realized he had left his very favorite teddy bear that he has had since he was a baby at the hotel. We were nearly an hour away when he remembered "Teddy" so there was no turning around. Teddy had been found right away, and was quickly shipped to us at our hotel at Disney. I'm so thankful that the employees at Country Inn & Suites were so kind to our family!

I only gave it 4 stars because of the trouble I had while checking in. The company my husband works for booked this room because he had a class to attend a class in Warner Robbins for the weekend. The not so friendly lady at the front desk was defiently lacking in the "customer service" area and the guy that was there at night looked as if he hated his job but other than that, the rooms were immaculate and up to date, the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was what we expected. Nice location..convenient to everything!

The staff and the room were nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located to many restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was lacking.

Very Pleasant - rented two suites for family members and largely it's a "very good" type rating -- rooms were clean, modern, well maintained. Furniture is up to date, HD TVs available (perhaps a little on the small size however). Breakfast was a little below acceptable (eggs, bacon, cereals, juices) and the staff very friendly. Only complaint would be the "Under Construction" sign in the lobby and the fact some of the (new) paint on the doors in the rooms appears to be scraping off when brushed against. Really a 3 and 1/2 half but the scoring here doesn't provide that option.

We stayed here on our way down to Florida. From the outside, nice looking hotel and reasonable price. Did not know it was being renovated. Our main floor room was dark and clearly needed to be cleaned/refurbished. It was just a dirty room. Lifted up both mattresses and found bed bug traps. One of the traps had a dead bed bug in it. Desk staff said it was because of the renovation. That is simply not true. The two are mutually exclusive. The beds were comfy enoughbreakfast was marginal. Until this place is cleaned up, I would pass on it. Has potential to be a nice place, but not there yet.

Excellent customer service. We were originally suppose to stay on the 7th, but our event was postponed. I called a spoke with Shanice who made the change to my reservation with no questions and was very polite. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this location and the service did not disappoint. Thank You!
