Great hotel but there was very poor lighting in the hotel rooms. Other than that everything was good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Huge outside pool and even a hot tub. There is also a mall not even 10 minutes up the road so the location was perfect.

I always book at this hotel. The staff makes me feel like family. Bailey goes out of her way to accommodate me and conversate with me. The bartenders are awesome and the food is great. Housekeeping staff is amazing. Definitely recommend this place

Nice hotel - as expected from the Hilton brand. Breakfast buffet (for purchase) was reasonably priced, but since i ate rather late (~9AM) the food was not that fresh. (Eggs a little dry and cold than typically encountered for example). But food was still good, the room was quiet and comfortable - so I'd recommend the place to others.

This newly built hotel is set far enough off I-35 as to mitigate traffic noise. The rooms feature the usual items including a Keurig, so bring your favorite k-cups. The beds are adjustable in respect to firmness which helps with your personal comfort. And the ability to choose your room and check in via the Hilton app is very very useful. I would stay again without question.

Great place with great service. There is a bar in the main lobby along with a paid breakfast option. Definitely worth the upcharge.

Always enjoy this place. It's my go to hotel for the Alliance Airshow every year. Always very clean, good food and friendly staff. A little pricey, but that's what Hilton Honors Points are for. Breakfast is additional unless you book with HHonors and select the breakfast included option instead of 750 extra points. You can choose between the two.

We got to town late on Friday night and the evening attendant Bailey was very personable and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our experienceonly recommendations would be water in lobby area.

My go to hotel when I am in Dallas. The rooms and facilities are nice, but the people are great!! Mandi who works breakfast and the bar area is amazingly nice and always smiling. The chef who does breakfast, Fred, is awesome. He always goes all out and per my daughter, "makes the best choclate chip pancakes ever"! Bailey at the frint desk is always sweet and welcoming! I have not met a single.person yet here that was not willing to go above and beyond!

Our electricity went out due to a blown conductor. With temps in the upper 90's, young teenagers in the house, and the final fix not taking place until 6:30 am the next morning, we had to find a hotel. Kelsee was awesome. We were given a discounted rate, free breakfast, and a great room. Air conditioning is a wonderful blessing, especially in Texas. Thank you for your kindness to my family.

This hotel was not a good experience it was slow service in the restaurant during breakfast the juices were out the cook made a wonderful egg but the other area is subpar. In my room the television would not come on and they gave me only $10.00 off of my stay which is unacceptable. In my party we had 3 rooms that had televisions that wouldn't work and they had no maintenance on site when I called after 10pm no-one would answer at the front desk I had to come downstairs to get my questions answered.

Decent hotel with a bar, which is nice. Maid service was a bit lax as there was garbage left over from previous guests that wasn't cleaned up in my room.
