A good place to go good home down people that work there and the breakfast that is fix my the cook Emily is outrageous hot and good and she care about the people that come there and rent a room and have a good hot breakfast

The rooms were very clean. The beds felt like memory foam, incredibly comfortable. There was a thermostat in the room to control my preferred temperature. The water pressure in the showers was really good, unlike most hotels. There was a hot breakfast. The hotel included a pool, fitness room, office area, and in the main lobby you could purchase a variety of beverages, food, and laundry supplies

We went on our honeymoon here and stayed three days When we first got here it looked clean and well decorated. However it all went down hill from the first step inside. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and snarky. Apparently we needed my mother's approval since she is the one who paid for it so fine, then she tells us to go outside and get ahold of her. We step outside contact my mother and walk back in she snathces my phone from my hand and says here's your cards. We brushed it off. We get to our room and it smells so odd. Not dirty but not clean. The sheets felt dirty and AC unit was covered in filth and mold. We left a bit later to go shopping and come back and our cards will not work on our door. We had to get another pair. Later that night I went to take a shower and almost couldn't the water was eaither cold or burning hot it also smelled like an overly clorinated pool. The TV did not work at all nor did the remote. The next day we went shopping again and did a few new couples things and come back to yet another rude greeting when we get to the elevator asking us if we had already checked in because if not we can't go upstairs. We show them our cards and go to our room where our cards yet again do not work!!! We get another pair. At 4 am the garbage truck comes and sounds like it's fighting off elephants. Then around 5 the maids come to do thier rounds being as loud as possible and I don't mean vaccumes and cleaning I mean yelling and laughing. We are awake now so we decided to go out. This is the last full night we will be here so we decided just to get dinner and bring it back since they don't have room service. We go to put what little desert we had got in the fridge and someones food from before us had been left to mold in the refrigerator! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone staying more than one night!! On top of all this, their WiFi just doesn't work and when it does it is slow as all get out. Their vending machine is completely sold out but it doesn't tell you that and it stole 25 cents from me I went to tell the front desk and was told yeah we should probably fix that. The coffee machine doesn't work infact my husband was burnt from it. Our cards stopped working overall 3 different times that's 6 different cards. They sent in a matince man to fix it while my husband was out and I was in the shower luckily I was dressed Because he just let himself in and didn't bother telling me he came in ! Or was going to be! Didn't tell my husband eaither !.
Our lightbulbs kept blowing from the left lamp. The breakfast was awful and the pool was right out side a glass window where everyone eats so they just look at you. This place is so unprofessional.response / report this review -

Great staff! So much so, I called from the airport to pay that compliment to the general manager. It's a typical FI - clean and predictable at a great rate. 2 restaurants across the street ggives you dining choices w/o having to drive. Shopping centers very close if you need anything. Around 10-15min from airport.

This is my third time staying here. This hotel is very clean, my room has a fresh clean scent when I return at the end of the day. It is evident that the staff truly cleans while you are out. Staff is friendly and recognizes your Marriott status upon check in. Breakfast is good, always fresh fruit and a great variety of extras. I have stayed at another hotel next door on Eagle Crest but this one wins my business.

Simple hotel, new clean and generally well looked after. Nice beds and pillow selection. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere..

Room was a little small but the bed was super comfortable. No problems with the shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Fitness center includes a free weight set which is always a plus.
