Very friendly service. Room was clean. Provided breakfast offered many choices and the coffee was hot
Nicer Hampton inn. Fitness room excellent. People were outstanding.
Terrible business, We reserved a room on Friday October 12th 2017, for Saturday and Sunday they called and (confirmed) the room Saturday at 5:00 pm and as we we're approaching possibly 4/5 minutes away they called to say there weren't any ROOMS AVAILABLE. How is that possible when it's been confirmed. So we didn't get another room until 12:00 am after arriving at Hampton inn at 9:00 pm. Coming from Nashville TN, Thank You Marriott Courtyard for a beautiful stay.
The Hampton Inn Evansville Airport is a great hotel for the price point. The location right on US-41 makes it super easy to get into Evansville. The hotel appears to have been renovated recently and the common areas and rooms are very nice. The free drinks at the welcome reception were a great perk and while it's the standard Hampton breakfast, it was another good perk. The only negatives I experienced were a broken sliding shower door, no HD TV, and some airplane noise as the airport is right outside but none of these things really detracted from my stay. I stayed here 2 nights for business and would absolutely stay here again.
Clean, comfortable rooms and a courteous staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and they kept it well stocked. The only reason I give it a 4star rating is that the price was higher than normal due to the "Frog Follies" event going on in Evansville.
The staff here is absolutely amazing!
They are some of the most genuine, bubbly, and happy people!
On my key card holder I got a hand written fact of day and on the coffee lids there are motivational quotes to get your day going.
Legimately, this is probably one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!!!
Beth you are awesome!
Affordable overnight stay for my husband and myself on our way to the 2017 eclipse. I was able to pre check-in and select my room a few days before we arrived because I am a choice member and have the choice hotel app (highly recommend taking a few minutes and signing up for this free service). Front desk clerk was very friendly; room was clean and comfortable and was quiet despite being directly next to the airport (we had fun watching the airport action from our window). Shower was hot and relaxing after long day on the road, bed was comfy. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that. Would stay again.
Rooms are clean, with a fridge and microwave in the room. Several restaurants within walking distance. There are no vending machines in the hotel. Overall, very nice hotel.
I travel often for business and I have never experienced better customer service than I recently received here. The staff truly care about guests and the drink tickets for happy hour from 6-8pm Monday through Thursday was a very nice surprise. The rooms are very nice and clean. I will always stay here when traveling to Evansville!!
Amazing staff! The place is huge and difficult to navigate they need better directions posted. Rooms are clean and stocked
My wife and I stayed for two nights during our anniversary trip. The first thing we noticed when we got into our room was a handwritten note from staff wishing us a great time. That immediately set the positive mood for us. The breakfast we had was great, and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting the Evansville/Airport location.
I was a little surprised at the pricing. There are definitely better places to stay for the money they charged. And the satellite TV was on the blitz. I was mostly surprised at the bathroom fixtures, specifically the walk-in shower. The water pressure was low, the sliding shower door was hanging up, almost refusing to slide. It also had a hand bar that was hanging crooked. The bottom strip on the shower door was hanging loose also. Mold was beginning to grow in the bottom corner of the tub. Not what I would expect out of a Hampton Inn. It felt like the bathrooms were an afterthought after they had run out of money for the project.
