Perfectly clean rooms with no bug problems to report (bed bugs, spiders, etc., which is an ongoing epidemic with public places these days), friendly and helpful staff, and love the 24 hours fitness room availability (a huge plus since I, personally, am a "night owl"). But, hotels need to start providing room humidifiers as the air is much too dry (in all hotels I stay, across the world, generally speaking). Luckily, I bring my own mini humidifier. Recommended stay 🖒 (Thank you for a great stay)

I wasn't unhappy with the hotel by any means. The desk staff was great and the breakfast was excellent. My credit card was charged a extra room for a day 3 days after I checked out. When I called the hotel to rectify the situation, I was constantly passed on to the GM's phone which was never answered. I've left numerous messages and have yet to hear back. Please be cautious when booking here and check your cards or accounts. I will update this if I ever hear anything back.

After a couple of weeks, the GM contacted me and the charges were corrected. I did appreciate this and will plan on stopping again if I'm back through the area.response / report this review -

Great weight staff. Needed to leave early in the morning for work. The weight staff had coffee and a small bag breakfast ready for me and my coworkers to take with us. Very nice.

Checking in at the days inn and called around to find something nicer when we called the Fairfield Carolyn answered the phone and made us feel right at home. She was very hospitable and felt like she really cared about our stay (a little mom like which i loved) can’t count how many times i was told to have a good day while passing staff in our way out each day! Thank you for the wonderful experience Carolyn!!

I've stayed in better Fairfields. This property needs a little updating. It's not the quietest place either. Noise from traffic on Dodge street can be heard.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean well equipped rooms and a standard breakfast. This motel is nothing special, but it is special because of the stay we had. Sometimes it is the little things like great staff and a very clean room that make a motel stand out. I hope the rest of the motels on our trip are exactly the same.

It's a very dated and worn property (in dire need of upgrading) located between 2 major roads creating lots of road noise inside the rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive however and it's priced a bit cheaper than most Fairfield Inns.

Staff was very pleasant. Only issue was with our room location on the bottom floor we could hear foot steps throughout the night. Room was clean so no issues there. The television was noticeably smaller than usual. Breakfast options were good.

This hotel is always the best every time I come to Dubuque. The staff goes out of their way to be super nice and friendly. Also the renovation that was done recently looks great!

Me and my family has a room on the ground floor, but the room was still quiet. Service was polite and pleasant, and always friendly. I would stay there again.
