Clean, neat, very well kept! I loved this place. The room was excellent condition. Everything worked. The ice machines, TV, bed etc. The pool was working they even had a hot tub! The best part about this place was they handed you a sheet that had discounts at local restaurants! They even had FREE yes FREE drink tickets at a bar across the street! I got a 15% discount at a Thai restaurant (good Thai is almost impossible to find). The coffee was Ok. Breakfast had omelettes, sausage and eggs, all hot. I would go back to this place again!

I like this hotel when I stayed there it was pack,but i watched the desk staff handled everyone with a smile and with kids glove. This hotel has everything you need when you are away from home. A spa,laundry room to wash clothes, pool and spa workout room. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are soft. The floor I stayed on was quiet . I was so happy that they provided a breakfast which was healthy and tasty. I would stay here again

While checking into the hotel Jody provided excellent customer service! Upon getting into our room I noticed the rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and there was not only a desk to do some work out but a nice lounge chair to put my feet up and watch TV. The room also had a small refrigerator and a microwave as well as a coffee machine. I really enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express and will try and stay here every time I come to Dubuque.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable. We liked how close it was to restaurants (there is a great Thai place nearby) and that they even give you discounts at the restaurants if you show your room key!

The staff was super friendly and quick to help us anytime we needed something.

We also loved how the beds had two choices of pillows, soft and firm. So no matter what you will get a good nights sleep according to your preferences.

There is also a pool and a hot tub that we sadly were unable to use but it seemed to be a popular activity especially for the families there.

We were in town for a swim meet at the high school and the location of the hotel was perfect..less than a 5 minute drive. There were many restaurants and places to shop very close by. The hotel was very nice, check in was a breeze. No complaints about the room either. It was very clean and everything in order. The breakfast the next day was great also, especially for the swimmers. They loved the variety. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Room was clean. Breakfast was underwhelming because staff couldn't keep up and there was barely any hot food. I requested late check-out but was still disturbed by housekeeping far before my checkout was supposed to be.

The team here is very nice. Got checked in quickly. Also was using the meeting room. Randy was very helpful in getting this together and helping us through a couple issues with contract. Would definitely use this place again in the future. Enjoyed the suite we stayed in. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing as well.

Rooms were good. Staff not so much. I reserved a king bed but because I was a IHG member they upgraded me to a 2 queen suite without asking me. I told her I wanted a king. She changed me to a king then have me my room number. I found out I was not with the rest of my group asked if I could get a room by the group and she said they were all sold out. She was rude not only to me but to several people in our group. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed one night and had a good overall experience. I think it is pet friendly. It was a quick stay but the price for a clean room, good service, quiet stay, and friendly staff was good value. I'd recommend it to friends.

Exactly what you would expect. The rooms were fine, they left a cute note after cleaning which is a nice touch. The breakfast was fresh and had some variation each day.

Holiday Inn West is super clean, NO BEDBUGS (I checked) The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausages, pancakes, rolls, juice, flavored coffee and my favorite biscuits and sausage gravy. The lady working in the breakfast bar helped me with my tray and carried it to my room for me. My king size bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in while traveling. I have allergies and the room was very clean and climate controlled. I cannot understand how anyone could give this hotel a bad review. I loved our stay there.
