Ashley and her team treat you like family! We have had our whole house done by them over the last 10 years and everything was perfect every time! Hardwood upstairs, beautiful vinyl planks and carpet downstairs. Install was problem free, quick and easy. I recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed! We had a wonderful experience! Our entire upstairs was getting new carpet and it was all completed and cleaned up in less than 10 hours. Great quality and very kind people. Highly recommend!

Brian was great to work with! We scaled back from the original amount of carpet we discussed during the estimate and he never once tried to push us into getting more than we wanted. He was extremely helpful when it came to picking out the actual carpet and they had no problem holding the carpet for us for several months until we felt comfortable enough to let the installers come due to COVID. We are super happy with our choice. Highly recommend!

Ashley and Brian were SUPER helpful in finding the perfect flooring throughout our house! We absolutely LOVE our floors! The quality is second to none, and we have referred all of our friends and family there too! Ashley and Brian treat you like family. We can’t wait to order another floor from them one day because they are not only knowledgeable and sincere, but they stand behind their product. Their partner, Bobby, who stained and refinished our main level was also superb! He gave us constant updates on the progression of the floor, and used artistry and pure talent to refinish our floor like it was his own. Flooring Discount Warehouse rocks!!!🏆❤️🥇

I had the pleasure of working with Steve at Carpet One to pick out new carpeting for our home. He was extremely helpful and provided us with a good price for a very nice carpet. They came to the house, moved furniture, removed old carpeting, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the job they did. You cannot see any seams and entryways into different flooring look really nice. Thank you for a job well done.

I just bought my first house and was on a tight budget for replacing carpet in two bedrooms. They respected my budget and gave great advice. I love my new carpet and it was an overall great experience.

I just read the reviews about FDW Carpet One. I was shock to see the poor reviews! I think they must be under new management and have new installers. These reviews are very old!
I started working with Ashley Doherty, manager about 2 years ago! Ashley and her staff are wonderful to work with! Knowledge about all aspects of flooring! They have a beautiful selection and stand behind all of there products! They have been very responsive to my design requests and have shown great customer service to my clients!
As in all aspects of home improvement , I have encounter two issues that needed attention from Carpet One. They involved manufacturer defects. Ashley and her team we very responsive both times. In both situations, inspections were made and the issues were resolved immediately! My clients and I were both pleased with the end results of unfortunate situations! I would definitively consider the age of the posted reviews!

Do NOT use this company for hardwood floors!!! It has been a year since original install and things are still not done. They do not call back, show up for appointments or offer any solutions to problems. Take your money elsewhere or buyer beware! Sloppy work and they do not care.

We bought carpet from Flooring Discount Warehouse a few years ago. When we were in the showroom scheduling installation, I asked the salesman how much it would cost for them to haul away some carpet that I had already torn out of some other rooms that we were not recarpeting. He said that he would throw it in for free. When we got our final bill, I was charged for the disposal. When I called to ask about it, he told me that he never said that he would throw it in. The installers took twice as long as promised cause they kept going out to the car to get high and would come back in the house stinking like pot. We had to have them out again because they were too stoned to do a quality installation and the carpet was coming up in a few different places. The carpet is also unraveling in several different places (it started unraveling just a few months after it was installed), but they said that they would not repair or replace it cause they couldn't prove that we didn't do it ourselves. There are horribly visible seams in the installation all over. Overall terrible experience with a terrible store.

I think they're probably good guys. I went there in September of 2010 and the sales person told me twice he'd be by my place to give me a quote. He got overloaded with the customers and cancelled the first appointment. He never called me back for the second appointment. I think maybe they are a bit disorganized. They could be the solution - it's just that I don't want to have to chase someone down.
