Dana did a great job of determining the source of our leak and replacing the necessary tubing. He was courteous, personable and thoroughly answered a number of plumbing questions. He also gave me some information related to avoiding similar problems in the future.

Abraham was absolutely outstanding and Bruce the general manager is wonderful to work with. This is by far the best plumbing company in the valley. Nothing compares to these guys. Home team electric is also an extremely amazing company in the valley. Both of these companies offer a level above you can expect from anyone else in the valley. I highly recommend you call KC’s plumbing..

We has some plumbing work done last Friday (7/1/21). Chris was very informative and is quite a hard worker. We has 2 outside spigots replaced and the water heater flushed. All was accomplished successfully. I will definitely consider them for future needs.

Chris at KC's Plumbing was fantastic! He was very professional, considerate and knowledgable. Our three toilets arrived while he was working (thank goodness). He brought them inside, took out all of the old toilets and cleaned each area, kept the noise level down and was super considerate. In fact, we looked around the house for more jobs (on our newly purchased house) that he might be able to fix in the future! I would also say that Tina, who answered the phone to set up the appointment, was incredibly helpful and concerned about our problem. She made sure it wasn't an emergency and explained the process clearly. I had an excellent, all around good experience with KC's 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing.

Chris was responsive and arrived on time. He quickly found a solution and got our tankless water heater back online. So grateful for his expertise and resourcefulness!! And it was an emergency service on a Sunday. Happy to find KC plumbing and plan to make Chris our go to tech in the future. Highly recommend this business.

Luuz came promptly at the scheduled appointment explained everything to me and my wife gave us clear options on repairing or replacing our water heater and even installed it himself.bHe w was so professional wencouldnt have asked for a better experience in our time of need. We have used kc's in the past and will do so again 🤗 we are extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone out there

When will business ever learn, to show up for an appointment? Mine was 10-12:00 kind of standard. No show no call after 12:45. Then Tina calls and says to me "The plumber is late can you run some errands and we will see if we can get to you. What does that mean? I said forget it. I will call Kaufmann plumbings. She then said "Does that mean you want a cancel" Duh!! Horrible customer service and attitude.

Jesse has represented the company by explaining what is going on with our pipelines and how it can be fixed. There were no hard selling but clear explanations. Estimates are appropriate with no hidden fees. Work was done timely and within expectations. 🤝👍🏼

KC Plumbers made my day! As the new owner of a second home in the desert, i wasn’t sure what to do when i was called and told i had a leak in my front yard. I called 6 plumbers and either got full mailboxes, no return calls or we can get to it in 3 weeks.
The incredibly cheery Tina answered the phone, took all my information, assessed the situation and scheduled my appointment for the next business day. KC arrived on time, called me with a clear description of my problem, gave me the estimate, did the work and even went around and bled all the faucets so i wouldn’t have problems when i get back out there.

This company is a treasure compared to so many others that have no idea what customer service is!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tina. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that the financing could have been a better process. I highly recommend KC's though.

Had a backup in the toilet and tub on Labor Day. Great timing. KC was extremely pleasant from the beginning. They had to come out two days in a row, again, professional and very pleasant. And no extra charge for the holiday..I highly recommend them.

Everyone was great, we had an emergency at the boutique hotel I work at and they got to us that day and followed up on when the tech would arrive. Casey was our service guy and he was amazing! So nice and explained everything and made suggestions for keeping things in tip top shape for the future and preventive maintenance. I highly recommend!

KC's 23 1/2 hour plumbing company is the best! I called on a Saturday and got an appointment the next day on a Sunday. Ive made an evening appointment for extensive work to be done and it was quietly and efficiently done. Jesse gave me robust and thorough options, explaining each fully. Jesse come prepared and timely, even when I was late. Tina on the phone always picks up and is a joy to talk with -- excellent communicators. Highly recommend them!

Kyle was great. Polite, personable and certainly knowledgeable, good to explain what he was doing and why, gave me helpful hints on maintenance and a product to help with the process, which I purchased. He was A1 both this time and on past visit for a different problem.

Excellent response from first conversation with Tina. My hot water heater was fixed on first business day and they would have come sooner. Service and product knowledge from Jesse were exceptional. I don't think KC's is the least expensive but I was happy to pay for the quality of product and service and future reliability!

Once again Jesse came to our rescue! He was on time and explained everything very well. He was clever in the way he approached the problem. He is always in a positive mood and represents KC Plumbing in the best light possible. We are so glad we signed up for a one year club membership. It helps us feel better since we bought our new home only 6 weeks ago.
