Firstly, my family loves the food here. The steak sandwich is pretty good. I have been several times and sat in my car for almost half an hour waiting for someone to take my order. The drive thru is phone order pickup, and I think you wait for your food to cook once you show. I'm really not a fan of the drive in style. If there was more stalls or a big red button to push for service I think it would be a great place. I honestly avoid it because it isn't the easiest thing for me to drive to or eat at.

So I've been a very frequent customer for years, at least once a week. But they have a huge issue with their pick up window. Every time there is more than two cars, you wait twenty minutes. What's the point of calling ahead and having them tell you the food will be ready in ten minutes if you can't get it for a half hour? So I say something to the person at the window and she immediately says I can go somewhere else. No discussion, no we're sorry. "We're pumping out food as fast as we can" she kept saying. She was extremely rude. When I asked who her boss was she said she was a boss. Another person running a business who has no business doing so. A half hour for an overpriced meal (just raised their prices) is too long. She just lost a good, long term customer forever for something they should absolutely apologize for. Horrible, rude service. Everything in business is customer expectation and no one expects to wait that long and to get cold food (four out of the last five times). Her excuse was "It's rush hour". If you can't handle rush hour better than that you got no business being in business. Excuses are just thatexcuses.

Went to this place on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, I placed an order with this place by phone and then went to drive thru to pick it up. After getting them my credit card to pay for the food. They gave me the board back with no credit on it. After leaving the establishment. I was on aware until Thursday morning when I tried to use my credit card that I did not have it. This is not the first time that this has happened. This is actually the 3rd time that this has happened. This place can not do the curious of calling you to tell you left your credit card. Which would be there fault because they did not give it to you. I WILL NOT GO BACK T THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! On top of that the woman that was working the window wanted to argue with me about a drink when I ordered a large and they tried to give me a regular size. This place is really a JOKE!!!!!

What can one say about Tally-Ho except if you haven't been.GO. Killer burgers, best crinkle cut fries around, chicken livers, yupthey got I'm and they are awesome. Chicken, Cuban Sammy, and on and on. And if you call ahead in a hurry, your order will be ready for pick up when u arrive. And the serversdown to earth, kind, friendly, tip them doublethey are worth it! Fresh, fresh, fresh. **HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JEREMIAH ❤️. This young man worked during the covid school shut down and he is intelegant beyond his teen years, witty, funny and so naturally customer service oriented. I was impressed by this fine young man.

The so called Cuban sandwich was far from a Cuban sandwich, not only that, it was a very low grade sandwich. Any elementary school child can make a sandwich better than that one. I can pretty much eat anything specially when hungry; I found forcing my self to eat.

Because I had separate orders called in I was told "I need you to drive around again because the person behind you only has one order" the last time I came they left out half my order and I was giving them another try because the food has always been good. But after today and their attitude who cares wat it taste like, when their customer service is bad it just filters over. Do waste your time or money unless you blood pressure is low and you are looking to get it up!

I have been coming to Tally-Ho my whole life, and this is where my Mom and Dad met and came on many of their dates. The food has always been good, the prices reasonable and the service top-notch!

I will continue to stop by every time I make it to Panama City!!

Overcharged for a meal that was messed up. Waitress was not attentive at all. Didn't give me silverware for my meal. Uncharged on an item that was cheaper. Very unclear menu. Manager was not very professional looking or acting. Try somewhere else instead. Not worth the hype.

The food is good, but the service is HORRIBLE. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us.. Turns out the waitress was the lady at the car next to us flirting and talking with husband/boyfriend/man. After taking our order she went right back and kept talking, not checking on any other customers. Very disappointed in this local joint to say the least.
