This place is the best. I've bought 2 cars from them so far. They have awesome courteous and helpful staff and great prices. Ask for Bradley cooper. He is in my eyes the #1 salesman there
Took my Cummins and my wife’s jeep in and spent over $300 in PM and a block heater cable. This was in the beginning of winter. They filled both my vehicles with watered down washer fluid which froze and blocked the spray nozzles. This rendered the washer pumps useless in a snow storm my wife and child were driving through. I hope saving a few pennies is worth endangering people’s families!! You’re f#%^*!g useless and your lucky my wife and child weren’t in a reck!!! Negative 6 stars for you idiots and your blue water.
Terry Bennett-Hardcastle is a extremely organized and has items ready to sign when you come in! We will continue to recommend Terry!!! THANKS -Jeanne & Butch
My wife and I were shopping for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Extreme had 6 on the lot. Brad Cooper came out and greeted us. Brad had asked if we ever bought from Extreme before. We had not, this was our first Jeep experience. His professional non pushy sales approach was key, he listened to my wife’s interest and made sure what she was looking for was to our expectations. Brad went above and beyond working with us. Thanks for the Great Service Brad, we will be returning customers because of the sales approach and knocking out the middle man.
Everyone at Extreme Dodge was very helpful and friendly. Terry helped me find exactly what I wanted and was able to get me a fair price. She did everything so quickly and I am so happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car head over to Extreme Dodge, they care about the customers over their commission.
I've bought my last two vehicles from there. I have dealt with Extreme Dodge for quite a few years now and find it to be a reputable organization. Each vehicle that I bought if I've had any problems with it they normally would take care of the problem free of cost. I get my vehicle serviced in the garage and it's pretty easy to get it in there without a long wait. I've been very satisfied with their service your vehicle and their employees. I would go even further as to say that I would recommend Extreme Dodge if you're looking for a nice vehicle in a company that you can trust.
Terry was recommended to us by a friend, and she definitely lived up to her reputation as an awesome salesperson. She went above and beyond to work with us, meet us on our schedule, and take care of us even after the sale. We LOVE our new vehicle as well. We had very specific needs in order to use the vehicle for work purposes as well as leisure purposes, and she found the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee for us. It fulfilled every need we had, but came with many other bells and whistles too! We will most certainly return to Extreme Dodge and ask for Terry when we buy our next vehicle.
Bill VanDam was a very helpful salesman that didn't push us into anything. He was honest and informative without being a typical sales person. I would recommend seeing him if you are looking for a car.
Bill Vandam is absolutely awesome!!!.I was on a tight budget and looking for a vehicle within a certain price range. After a few days, I got a call that they had a vehicle for me.
Bill streamlined everything and was very transparent. He went above and beyond taking care of extra steps for me. Where else can you get that top notch and enjoyable experience?
I cannot express how grateful I am and highly recommend Mr. Vandam if you are looking for a vehicle.
THANK YOU EXTREME DODGE.
Brad Cooper saved my life! Ok, maybe I am exaggerating but he did help me get into an amazing vehicle at the best price around. He made the process stress free and simple. I highly recommend visiting Brad at Extreme Dodge for your next vehicle purchase.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I'm really not even sure where to begin. I got my charger towed there in mid January because it would not start. We ( myself and the dealership) thought it was the Ignition switch which was a recalled part. They replaced that part and then told me that wasn't the issue it was the TIPM (the power module) which they could not get the part and if they could it would be $2000. but If I could find it myself they could put it in. So for the next few days I was trying to figure out what to do. I then decided to contact Dodge directly myself. I spoke with someone online directly from dodge. He then contacted the dealership and had the part shipped. Which I did not ask him to do. I was just asking him what I should do if the part is unavailable. Anyways, The part got shipped and I was told by the gentlemen I spoke with online that the dealership would contact me and work with me on a price. The following week I got a phone call from Extreme dodge that my car was done and running great and I owed them $1800!!!! I never authorized them to put this in my vehicle. So I made them take it out. Well They of course were pissed, but they took it out. I then go to pick up my vehicle and I had some rust spots and where the rust was Is now a HOLE. Ironically it happens within the month that they have my vehicle, but of course claim it's not their fault. I go to start my car and guess what? My vehicle runs! How is my vehicle running when the power module is shot and I made them put the original part back in? out to get money or what!!!???!!!!! New keys also came with the recalled part (ignition switch) They then tried to charge me a key reprogramming fee. I'm left with my vehicle running (which I'm not complaining about), it's not knowing if there is something seriously wrong with it..but how would the owner know?? He claims he isn't a technician. This place is seriously a joke! I spoke with the service manager (Mike), the general manager (Mark) and the owner Wes and they are all very rude people!!! The owner wouldn't even let me get two words in to try to explain anything! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!
At Extreme Dodge in Jackson we were able to arrive and leave with the vehicle of our dreams in a little over an hour!
How is that so? Because their salesforce is a part of the community. Their kids attend the same schools, we shop at the same grocery stores, and fill-up or tanks at the same gas stations. Yet never have we felt that they can't be approached.
The sale began long before walking into the dealership. It began as a casual conversation at a school between two mothers. From that conversation we were pointed in the right direction and everything worked out in the most spectacular fashion!
