Wish I could rate lower than a 1. I called for an appointment with Bobbie Edwards and I was scheduled with a PA. Scheduled a follow up appointment almost 2 months ago. I get a reminder text less than 4 hours before the appointment, so I call to reschedule and I am informed that I signed paperwork which states that I am subject to a 25.00 same day cancellation fee. Lesson learned. I should not have made a return appointment when I was asked for my co-pay on my first visit prior to seeing the doctor. The office only appears to care about $$. Thank goodness I have excellent insurance coverage and can seek services elsewhere.

Her employees are very nice and accommodating. I was a new patient and was excited to get inBUT all of that changed when the time continued to tick away. The room I was in was uncomfortably warm and the chairs in the waiting room as well as in the patient room were very uncomfortable only making matters worse was my appointment was at 3:15pm and by 5:00pm I still had not been seen. This is unacceptable. Especially when we have options. So I sat uncomfortably in hard chairs, a too warm room waiting for 1:45 minutes NOT to see the doctor. I wasted my time and energy. It is NOT ok! If people allow it, it will continue.

I started coming to the office this past summer when home from college. I have been treated for a handful of skin condition through the PA Reema. She is real good and I would recommend her to those looking for clear complexion. I would agree with the reviews below about the office staff- pretty "piss" poor is accurate. They should really consider getting some educated people in there. Office manager could barely speak proper English, you need a proper education to "manage". Overall good office

I been many different dermatology offices since I was 13yr old up until now (25yr old). I have seen the best result at this office while visiting Dr Edwards and Reema. Reema and I have stopped the acne breakouts and is beginning to see astonishing results in clearing the marks left behind by acne. It has truly been a fantastic experience and a pleasure. Reema takes your busy lifestyle into consideration which helps when prescribing medications and next appointments. She even helps find all natural serums and oils (for the people who do not like taking medications) that are friendly to your wallet and WORK. I definitely recommend a visit to Reema if you are looking for permanent change.

I had excessive unexplained hair loss for 1 year until I heard about Dr. Edwards. I scheduled an appointment and Dr. Edwards and her staff seemed quite confident that she would be able to diagnose and treat my problem. The first test was a biopsy. After having several unremarkable biopsies with 3 other dermatologists along with multiple tests for thyroid function, hormone and vitamin levels, I wasn't too excited that this biopsy would give any different results. When the biopsy results came in I was told that my diagnosis was female pattern baldness. I wasn't so confident because I thought that meant my hair would come out slowly but surely over years. My hair was coming out in clumps. Dr. Edwards explained that in her experience, she’d seen both slow and clumped hair loss. She prescribed Rogaine and Propecia. I returned in 3 months and all of the bald spots were gone!! It's been almost a year since her diagnosis and I couldn't be happier with my progress. I have had to learn to style my hair differently and to live with the residue and flaking that the Rogaine leaves behind but that’s a small price to pay to have my hair back.

By the way, Dr. Edwards is a fellow Renaissance Phoenix! I have found my new Dermatologist!!!

My initial visit was pleasant and quit informative. Dr. Bobbi was easy to talk to, listened when I talked and gave me reasons for my type of hair lose. As I went on and on, she never cut me like many doctors have done in the past. Her advice was best practice and she gave me options. That I liked. she never made me feel like I did NOT have a choice in the decision making. The last Dermatologist I went to in West Bloomfield on Orchard Lake made me so angry I never went back. I'm just getting back into taking care of my hairSeeking professional advice was a forced choice due to massive hair lose. Although my next appointment involves an injection, oddly enough I'm looking forward to getting it done:)
