Nice location on the beach, friendly service, good bar food (nothing fancy) and daily drink specials. Not particularly cheap, although that's par for the course for NSB.

Sea Vista is a nice place to have a drink and enjoy the view if the Atlantic. The pool is nice, rooms are outdated. Would not recommend for over night. Great place to just enjoy a drink or two.

If you enjoy chain smoking while holding your infant and let your other 3 kids run around and scream outside people's rooms until 11:30 pm this is the best place for you because the management is OK with that (I guess that's how it's got the stars) We woke up twice by our intoxicated neighbors pounding at our door (and then at the window) I thought we are gonna get murdered The room we got didn't need luminol to detect biological fluids And we paid $170 for an unforgettable night from hell

No frills Tiki bar/motel that offers drinks and various food items. Service can be slow when it's busy but overall a nice place to stop. Located right on the beach.

I attended the New Smyrna annual Bike n Bar and Sea Vista was one of the stops. The atmosphere here was fun, the bartender was great and quick, and they had hot dogs for sale in the courtyard.

We just went to visit overnight guests. The room that they had was small but had 2 queen size beds and small kitchenette. The bathroom was small with a shower. There's a room key deposit which gets returned upon check-out. There's also an extra charge​ for children.

One of my favorite dive bars. Located right in the beach. Plenty of seating, half in sun/ half in shade. This is not for fancy beach goers. We go for cold tropical drinks and buckets of beer. While I don't recommend bringing children it is kid friendly. They're is also a small swimming pool if the ocean isn't your prefrence(I've never gone in). Food is also served but we were going elsewhere for dinner.

Had a great time. Perfect location, right on the beach. The staff is amazing, friendly and they know what they are doing.
