I was in the area. So I called. It connects you to the national hotel line which can't tell you much. So I drove there in person to see if they had a room, super high demand for rooms in this area. It seemed they were caught off gard by my request. As I walked a bad smell of a combination of chemicals and very old mop water was very strong in a very narrow and busy hallway, note: I am far from sensitive. It is a very generic place I think. They didn't have a room after all, I regret going there in person. If that was the reception area, I can imagine what the rooms must be like.

Worst hotel so far stayed in my life. Staff is arrogant. Bed was not cleaned and properly arranged. Gas stove was not working and had to bring food for small kid urgently from outside. Told 20times front desk to fix however nothing was done for 2 days and then I had no choice to checkout. Would not suggest and will never stay there

The worst hotel i have stayed. I booked it since there was no other hotel available in Morristown area. Hotel smells bad, the room smell as well. No housekeeping, not sure if it is the case or i was unlucky. Breakfast is a joke; bad coffee and muffin.

Good staff, comfortable accommodation. No static for smoking medical cannabis in the room. Near airport. Access from roadway is tricky.

The room was just ok. The pillows were very small for bed pillows, not regular size. We only had 3 and for the size more was needed. The worst part of the stay was how the TV was programmed. It took us 2 hours the 1st night to figure it out. You had to download Extended Stay America App whether you wanted it or not. Then download an app called hotel cast whether you wanted it or not then down load Chromecast and all these apps took a bunch of space on your phone. Then you worked the hotel remote 2nd night we improved only took an hour and a half to figure it out. Never stay in this chain again. We like TV after long day. The staff was very nice.

The rooms are good for the price. It has a kitchen but no oven. Convenient coin operated laundry. The cable is a little crappy. What was perfect was the staff. Not only helpful but infectiously friendly. Especially Gina who more than helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it for that alone.

They checked out our room to someone else while we we're still in it.
This hotel is much more mediocre than advertised. The rooms are decent but the hallways are very dark, hot and smells like dirty Chinese food. The staff was friendly and helpful but we were definitely disappointed that they gave an active room key to someone else before our checkout time ended. Luckily the other family notified us, in a different scenario, all our valuables could have been stolen. A maid said our room was clean and ready to go but no one had ever attempted to clean it before checking it out to someone else. Also, they have the worst breakfast I've ever seen. They really shouldn't be able to classify it as a breakfast as much as a few cheap vending machine snacks. It only consists of prepackaged muffins and granola bars (what most decent hotels give you for free). It is definitely worth the extra $10 to go down the street to the Hampton Inn/ Hilton.response / report this review -

I had to stay there for a few days due to an emergency situation with my apartment (mold being found due to a boiler problem). The staff could not have been more helpful when I needed something and even let me have my guinea pigs with me. Yes, this is near an airport because they probably cater to people traveling on business but it really is not so bad. The price is good for what you get and the service is great! Would love to stay again.

Location is fine. Rooms are clean-ish. Some evidence of old mildew on shower tiles, toilet seat has what looks to be old cigarette burns, bathroom counter is cracked, heating/cooling unit is archaic and shortcycles itself. One of the switches on the wall doesn't do anything. Housekeeping didn't show up. There is a stove, but no pots or pans to use on the stove. The bed is uncomfortably hard and the sheets are rough. The towels smell funny. The shower curtain rod is partially pulled down, so the curtain doesn't stay closed. The shower head leaks and sprays water out of the part that isn't supposed to spray water. Dents in the fridge. The free wifi is horrifically slow. Don't know how fast the paid wifi is because I refuse to pay for wifi. On a good note, I see no bugs.

As an employee of a company that I live out of hotel rooms, this one is up there with some of the best Extended Stays I've been at. My company favors the Extended Stay America chain because they're cheap with our CLC cards, offer full kitchens, coin operated laundry, and are suitable to LIVE in for months to a year at a time.
This hotel staff is wonderful! Upon my arrival, I was worn out and tired but Steve (GM) cheered me up with his witty sense of humor and overall kindness when I checked in. He got me a room on the first floor, and it has a very rustic feel to it. Wooden cabinets from about the 1990's or so, but I enjoy the country-esque look. The room I got was decently sized with a massive closet and my one maintenance concern (broken shower head) was addressed within minutes. Location is a bit loud with planes taking off and landing throughout the day right over the roof, but I happen to enjoy those sounds. The planes tend to occur less at night and have never woken me up.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good extended stay or even a short visit.response / report this review
