  They made promises they didn't keep. The salesperson took advantage of my elderly father by avoiding my requested involvement when it was to Excel's advantage. Once the contract was signed, their customer focused declined dramatically. It took way too long to install the outdoor patio. Excuse after excuse.

  Our dream of upgrading our kitchen, living room, and laundry room came true thanks to Eyal and his talented team of experts. The entire team and all parties engaged in the project, starting with Eyal at our initial meeting and continuing through the demolition phase and work's conclusion, Fine craftsmen were knowledgeable, trustworthy, driven, and organised. We were kept updated on the development, deliveries, and installations of our project at all times, and every difficulty that arose along the way was dealt with correctly and professionally.

  Some businesses make an effort to effectively meet client needs.
  I can testify from personal experience that Excel did a GREAT job offering a fully satisfied customer service experience after working with them on my shower renovation.
  Project communication is crucial, and Excel frequently provided prompt responses.
  I was rather specific about the design of my shower, and Excel was really helpful and skilled in every aspect. I now get to enjoy this appearance every single day thanks to Enrique's expert placing of the subway tile and natural stone flooring and the company's expert installation of the shower door.
  It seems clear that Excel must come first when spelling the word superb!

  We had a great overall experience working with Excel Construction, especially Eyal. By keeping us updated on what they were doing or intended to do at the conclusion of each working day at our home, Eyal helped us feel at ease and completely stress-free during the duration of the kitchen remodelling process. When we went for work or any other errands, I was really glad and trusted Eyal and his working team with our home. Due to a number of issues that surfaced throughout the work, the kitchen remodelling project was completed a little bit later than the expected 4 weeks. We do endorse Excel Construction, Eyal, and his staff, particularly for kitchen remodelling projects.

  We wanted to create a custom soaking tub. We knew it wouldn’t be an easy endeavor. However, Sebastian and his crew made it happen! We couldn’t be any happier! Pictures speak for themselves!
