The in person experience was a little lacking. They have a bunch of fishing stuff taking up a bunch of floor and wall space, and the selection of actual gear to look at was very limited compared to their actual online/ warehouse selection. Customer service was really nice, but very slow, so if you really have to see something in person plan to spend at least an hour, on a slow day. I definitely suggest just asking around to get the lowdown on gear, and then but online to avoid the wait. That said if you need something same day, their in store buying service, if you already know what you want was relatively quick.

Ordered from them online. Quick shipping and no flaws with the products. Definitely will shop again for more gear. I am not an airsofter so my experience is with their soft goods like pants, shoes, etc.
Edit: Their customer service is absolutely excellent. If you have any questions send them a message or email. Since I am definitely not local to the store they do a great job with sizing and describing a product I am looking at.response / report this review -

Personnel is great and knowledgeable. Store is great. I would have given them 5 stars but the waiting time is a killer for me. If you need personal help, you'll have to wait.

Everything I ordered was shipped in a timely manner. I've dealt with many many orders from these guys and have never had an issue. I have submitted multiple questions however and sometimes get a response and other times I get none. I would rate 5 stars if my questions had been responded to. Otherwise it's always a easy doing business with em.

Very good condition and wrapping. The assembly was very easy. Only problem is there wasn't any instructions on how to assemble it, so there are parts that I have that don't seem to go anywhere and no instructions to tell me where they go. Other than that, the product works and is in great condition

I have received damaged goods with no chance of refund. I have attempted to post several well-thought-out yet negative product reviews on their website for airsoft rifles and CO2 products, and the reviews were all deleted despite being accurate and informative. They are not the greatest customer support, just want to sell you stuff and clear inventory off their shelves with no regard for customer satisfaction.

I love their customer support! They are very friendly and every time I order it comes very fast and in perfect condition. They have awesome coupon codes so we can discount items and get cheap shipping. Thanks so much for all the amazing products I have ordered from you!

Love it! Buy all my guns from evike! If I have problems they quickly solve the issues. Good people for sure. Buying from your local shop, of course is better if you can, but if your like me and live hours from the nearest shop then these guys and gals are the way to go! Just be sure to read every detail about what your buying and if you have questions just email or call!

This store is honestly the best. Don't listen to all the 1-2 star comments they are just haters of the store. I've spent well over 1000$ at the store buying 5 expensive guns, gear and everything necessary to play airsoft. The staff there are great and I even got to meet Matt 0:

Lots of parking, lots of inventory, a wide selection of gear. High end/low end guns, high end/low end gear - packs and stuff, high end/low end accessories, boots, they have everything you could want. Oh and they even have fishing gear haaha. Its a very interesting store too. It doesn't work the way customer service is done usually. You go in, grab a number and know what you want so when your number is called you tell the dude what you want he gets it. Its very efficient if you know what you want. If you don't then its frustrating. But yes a huge selection of stuff and an interesting storefront. Its an experience just to go with the fish tank thats shaped like a tank and the armored Humvees park out front and they have a range. Try before you buy. Its really great. I recommend going in.

I was gifted a WE 1911 CQB Master for Christmas and it ran smooth. After two weeks of daily use the magazine fell apart. Taylor in the CS department helped solved my issue and sent me the defective part! Wonderful customer service!
