  I just recently had closing on my home purchase and had a very pleasant experience! My Agent, Ms. Shana Woomer was FANTASTIC. She zeroed in to what I wanted. She patiently worked with my limited budget and after viewing many homes we finally found "home". She was more than an Agent, she was a friend. I would recommend Bershire Hathaway HomeServices.

  This is one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Be leary. Selling a house is not just throw it into the MLS, have one open house, and let the house sit for months. Then when asked to break contract for lack of communication, lack of doing anything to sell my house, We get the complete run around. While I understand a contract is binding when you sign, that means both parties uphold what they agreed too. This did not happen in our case. And our contract is being held hostage by our real estate agent. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place. And am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the business practices of this company. Never again.

  Agent was nice, however the company will add an additional "buyers fee" for $295 ON ALL TRANSACTIONS. If you, the buyer, purchases a house through them (in addition to the split comission the seller is paying) you'll have to pay this "HIDDEN" fee at closing. As a seller, I would be cautious about listing with an agency who charges a valuable buyer extra fees. Guess the 7% comission the seller is paying isnt enough. One more point. If the listing agent also sells the property they have listed , the buyer will still have to pay this frivous fee. Word of caution read all the fine print!
