I absolutely love Mark and his professionalism!! I would recommend him over and over again!! I called to see if I could get another home inspected, he was booked until October. He asked me for the address of the home and went picture by picture over the phone to show me what to look for!! He’s super amazing and I appreciate him!!! He’s super affordable also

Mark is definitely the best person I know for the job. He not only has extensive and various experience in construction, but also a thorough knowledge of construction, systems, and building codes and hazards, including international ones. His report not only find faults but actually recommends solutions with helpful diagrams on how to ameliorate the issue, which I have not found in reports from other inspectors. Takes high quality pictures that help both the buyer and the seller to address the issues. Do not be fooled by another joke inspector and call Mark wherever you are because he is the best inspector in the country and beyond!
Also very approachable and friendly, answers any questions and more. Takes time for every inspection and does not make you feel like other inspectors do like to not waste their time and just do the superficial work.

We chose Mark to do our home inspection and we’re completely blown away with how amazing he truly was! He was very responsive, respectful and super nice. His customer service was unmatched! As first time home buyers, we wanted to make sure everything was as it should be.
Some things did come up but he assured us that everything could be repaired or replaced and gave us all the information we needed and contacts to help us. He was VERY thorough, and we loved that as well.
He put us at ease and was very fun to work with as well, he is 100% who I would recommend to anyone looking to have an inspection done!!
