The décor is attractive and inviting. The seating is good for couples and small groups. The menu has something for everyone. The pasta entrees and appetizers won't disappoint you. The staff was eager to please. The drink and dessert options are added pleasures.

We came here for a semi special night on a Friday evening before going to a play. Our waiter RICARDO was very inattentive, except for at one moment which I'll explain later. There was a large party next to us that he was catering to the whole night. There was a point, where my date ordered a drink after starting with water, and when I went to order mine Ricardo was already walking away. While he got our food orders right, the only real saving grace was the quality of the food and our secondary waitress. I wish I could remember her name, but she was great, to the point I wish I could have only tipped her. The only time Ricardo was quick was with the check, and taking my card.

I'm not sure if this is how maggianos trains their servers, to cater to the large parties and alienate the smaller ones, but I'm definitely never returning to this location.

We were here on my wife's Christmas company celebration. Nice ambiance but the food was so mediocre. You would think they would put extra effort on the food since it's a potential to gain new customers in a short amount of time. Staff was very friendly. Drink selection was good but way overpriced

We were there for a private wake, and they handled everything beautifully! The food and service was excellent! Thank you for being a peaceful and comforting place to go for us during this very difficult time. I know my cousin was looking down at us and smiling. She would have loved your restaurant.

I went with a party of 13 and had the family style dinner. The food was very good and served hot. Great service and the meal was worth the money.

Great service. Great food. They even stored are homemade cake for my fiance's Birthday.
And brought it out with candles. They made her feel really special.

Best experience I've had at Maggianos in a long time. Food was coursed perfectly and our server was extremely attentive. Ask for Crystal when you dine here. She will take amazing care of you.

We ordered the family style meal and the food was amazing! My only complaint is that the amount of food was way too much, and the price for that food was appropriately high. Would be nice if there were a way to order less food for the same family style meal.

Excellent service.. The Chef came out to greet the people The manager made sure we got to the car and out the gate properly..there was a live 🎶.. I loved it. It was my 1st time. I saw the rapper TI and Tiny and the crew

I have been here with large parties, small parties, super early, for lunch, super late, on a holiday, got catering, you name it. The food and service are consistently outstanding. The only bad experience I had was when I ate by the bar, and I learned from that mistake quickly, so be sure to confirm seating in the dining room!

I've noticed they raised their prices quite a bit recently. That threw me off-guard, but I still think for the overall experience it is reasonable. The portions are huge! I'd recommend the $5 valet if anyone in your party doesn't do well walking long hilly distance. The free parking garage is a hike and there is no clear sidewalk. Jeans are ok, but you might feel under-dressed!

We just walked out of there. Unfortunately, whomever the host (male) was, ruined our experience completely and will not want to come back ever again. We first walked in and requested a table for two. He didn't even say hello and just asked me "how many". He then proceeded to escort us to a table and literally threw the drinks menu on the middle of the table. My husband asked if there were any booths available. He said with an attitude "no." My husband then said, "there is one over there but OK, that's fine." The host looked at us like we were crazy and replied back "that sits five people" My husband said "that's fine, but you don't have to reply back with an attitude." At that point, my husband and I were so aggravated, we decided it was best to just walk out. He then proceeded to start arguing with my husband and as we were walking out, he threw the menus back to were they belonged.
Granted, it wasn't a big deal but I work in sales and this is not how you treat your customers. We all have our bad days but I would NEVER treat a customer this way. We live two buildings down from there and we ate dinner at Maggiano's at least twice a week due to proximity and good food. I can regretfully say I won't be coming back here ever again.

Great service! Had a reservation and were seated very quickly; otherwise there would have been a long wait. Our waiter was very polite and thoroughly explained the menu. He was very good about checking up on us and ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! The parking here is complimentary; it's just a bit of a walk to get there. Wearing a dress and heels, I felt perfectly dressed for this restaurant; jeans are a little under dressed.

Great place for dinner or a meeting. The Atlanta 2Day walk is hosted here by Maggiano's for the Grantee's dinner and for the kickoff practice walk. They go above and beyond for us and we love it here.The food is fantastic and the drive is are great too. The Beer selection needs some work but I'm not complaining.

Dinner with friends on a Saturday night. Ive been here many times and probably will not be back for a while. The food is very good. I love the meals and sauce, but let's face it folks, it's become more of a touristy restaurant than an authentic Italian restaurant. The staff, although prompt, is inexperienced. My simple mixed drink wrong, espresso served in a coffee cupbut wasn't espresso, rather week coffee. We were given a table next to screening kids in a back room although a number of nice tables were open in the main room. We didn't complainI don't do it anymore. We still had a good time and the staff was friendly. With the great Italian choices now, I'll pass on this.
