I get there at 9:35 pm there were no tables to sit down everything was shut Done and they were rude because they wanted to close. While I was trying to eat they were staring and talking about us. We were to silly asked to leave sue to them needing to clean the floor. Burger was ok but nothing specialwont go again!

i had the worst customer service experience, it took over 30 minutes waiting for Ahi Tuna burger, the food was just sitting on the counter behind cashier. the burger and fries were cold, disappointed.

I got the turkey burger with grilled asparagus and tater tots. The total was $14.81. The burger was decent but the tater tots and asparagus were terrible. I paid $3.99 for 5 sprigs of over grilled, charred asparagus; a couple pieces weren't even edible. The tater tots were plentiful but overfried. I couldn't figure out if it was a signature move or if they forgot it in the fryer.
Personally, I would never go back an the only reason I gave the place a chance was because I had a hungry toddler with me and an hour wait for my prescriptions. I told the cashier about the asparagus and she giggled like I was kidding. No, I wasn't.response / report this review -

We ordered the Western BBQ and the Southwest burgers. Both were cooked as we ordered. Southwest burger and had to us a knife and fork to eat the Southwest burger because of the generous portion of guacamole.

I love the burgers as they are some of the best burgers I've ever had! They are juicy, tender, and well-seasoned and come in a great variety.
I fully recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers. They are well worth the money. They are also generally made in under 10 minutes or so and I've never had a problem with the staff.response / report this review -

Food is better than the service, which says more about the food than the service! Beef is dry-aged and cooked to order, like steak. E.g. Rare, Medium-Rare, etc. There is a decent kid's menu with $6 meals that include a choice of entre, side, drink, and scoop of ice cream. The cookies were a little dry. I'd stick to the freshly made items.

I would give this place 5 stars all day long if they had kept the Wellington burger.. I used to eat there weekly because of that burger, but now that it's gone I won't go back nearly as often. The front door says Test Kitchen, so I'm hoping they come to their senses and bring it back.

Blonde girl taking orders took 2 phone calls while I was standing right in front of her in line. Bad service not impressed. Food was average.

Great Burgers, Great Staff, Great Atmosphere. What more could you want from a burger joint? PS. Try the fries with the garlic sauce.
