This beautiful theater is just around the corner from my house. My husband and I go frequently, and are rewards members. We recently went to a morning showing of Star Wars, and theater was not crowded at all. We were the only ones in our row. Next came in a dad with 5 small children, who were allowed to put their feet up on backs of chairs in front of them. As if this wasn’t bad enough, a few of them had on sneakers that had lights on them that blinked with any movement. Very distracting. Next a group of 3 adults came into the row behind us and sat directly in back of us. The woman proceeded to continuously kick my chair. We asked her no less than 8 times to stop, but she still didn’t. I looked for an usher to flag down, but no one came in. After the movie I went to the manager and told my story. She laughed and said sorry. Wow. Great customer service
So get this, wanted to refill a little mini kids cup. I wouldn't mind to pay a refill price. Lady told me pay $7 for another 6oz. Kids cup. Lmao ok. Didn't mind paying $5 for a bigger cup with free refills. Gotta love corporate greed. Merry Christmas
Nice looking place. I didn't get any food, only a drink. Went to see the new "Thor" movie. The theater was surprisingly small compared to Altamonte. But, the seats were very comfortable.
Service was awful, over $5 for water, nothing like the Epic of Lee Vista, no reclining chairs or reserved seating..and the staff was rude to both me and my other because I asked a question. Treated me like I was dumb, but I enjoyed the movie nonetheless. Worth 10.75 for a movie, but the service wasn't. Will be going out of my way to the other Epic from now on, always a good time there, the chairs recline, and you don't feel too close to your neighbor.
Another thing was going the way we did to exit sent us out back to the woods (we thought it'd take us back around, but the door had already shut before we could turn around) and it was quite the scare. I love epic theatres and their screens, was just not the service or the amenities I was used to at the same price as the other. Would've been happier if they had just explained that their theatre didn't have those options normally than the way they did.
Very nice facility with good sized screens. The XL screen is huge. Food is usually a bit pricey just like other theaters. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone.
Nice, clean theatre. Employees are nice. It's packed on weekend nights but good environment.
Great facility. Seating is comfortable. The picture is sharp and the sound on point. This is my splurge theater.
Comfy seats, movie was good. Two stars for that.
Kids laughed and talked throughout the whole movie. Kicked my friend in the back of the head and kept kicking the other friend in the back when they were surprised. Honestly killed the experience.
One of us went to a employee and they recommended going to management? Like okay where they???!!
Have someone check in on these movies if you're going to let a bunch of annoying teenagers in!!!
This is a very nice and well maintained theater. Every visit is like the theater just had a grand opening, everything is clean. Theaters, restrooms and parking lot all well maintained. Highly recommend 🙂
Clean, great movie theater. Only problem is that they now serve beer and wine which was awesome! But then they implemented some pretty ridiculous rules about when you can and can't have it and how much and make you get puppy stamps on your hand which was just dumb. Will still go to altamonte if I want a fun movie/drink.
Very clean, friendly staff, and generally quick-moving lines. The theater itself has comfortable seats and a generally good view no matter where you sit.
A big, newer theater in Deltona, which was so needed since there aren't many choices around for theaters with extra large screens and recliner stadium seats. 12 screens, 2 with the XL screens for the movies that will take advantage of them. They have beer here, and some food, but this is a lonely theater with no restaurants or anything else around. You'll need to travel if you want better choice food or drinks before or after the movie. Tuesdays, they have 6 dollar specials, provided it's not a Sony movie (why?) and it's not 3D or XL (they'll upgrade the price).
It is good theater, but like always refreshments prices, way to high. A bootle of water $4.25, are you kidding me! Bring your snacks from home or be prepare to spend almost $40 for two
Do you like movies? Big screens? Great sound? And most of all, do you like awesome collectables? If so epic theater is for you. Never had a bad experience there. They play new movies and old movies. And like I said awesome collectables such as cool popcorn buckets and cups with character toppers. If you love the movies like me then this is the theater for you.
Could be better. Seems like the theater needs upgrading after comparing with new built ones. The projection system used makes every movie looks too dark.
