Pretty nice place, however the room we had was horrible, stay away from the Murphy bed efficiency. No curtains on the Windows only blinds the sun wakes everybody up at the crack of dawn. I am sure in a bigger room I would give 4 or 5 stars!

The staff was amazing, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and the place was clean. Easy access to shops, restaurants, groceries and of course the beach!

It's a great place for a family it's not spotless but it is very clean and all the staff from managers, security to the maids all are extremely nice and I also usually don't like shallow pools the deepest part is only 3'3" deep but my kids enjoyed it more than a deeper 1 and i didn't have to worry about them drowning my 3 and 8yr old girls loved the outdoor and inside pools and the hot tub also they have Beach chairs and umbrella's,I have no complaints with the cove, also they display the American flag with respect it started sprinkling and they took it down until the threat of rain passed then the flag was right back up as it should be.

We have been here 5 years out of the last 6 for our family vacation. We love the Cove and they keep making improvements. From day one though, the staff has been amazing. This is a great place for family.

The one thing that that I can say about "The Cove" staff is if you need something if you need anything they are very quick to respond. You don't wait an hour ,30 minutes ,20 minutes not even 10 minutes for them to respond to what you're request is. There staff surpasses the staff at the Sheraton or any other high end Hotel or resorts. HATS OFF TO YOU.

Definitely a great place. Beautiful location. But things have gotten worse over the past few years. They removed the slide at the pool, no longer give VIP guests the free snacks and drinks they used to, and the rooms no longer have their own washer and drier. Not good business to cheapen the experience to save a few bucks.

We made reservations to The Cove at Ormond Beach in November of 2016 for our June 2017 vacation. We got a confirmation letter in the mail. We get to Ormond Beach only to find out that diamond resorts had cancelled our reservation, for some unknown reason, and they never even notified us. The hotel was booked, so they had no place to put us up. This is an 8 hour drive from home. The hotel staff was polite, but there was nothing they could do. The Diamond resorts telephone staff were somewhat helpful, but downright rude. They acted as though they were doing us a favor by trying to find us a place to stay for our vacation (this was there mistake! They couldn't even tell us why they canceled our reservation). We ended up getting a place in Orlando with diamond resorts, but obviously the beach vacation was taken from us. The staff at the cove at ormond beach did their best to help us, but they couldn't do anything. The resort looks very nice, and it's directly on the beach. It would have been a great place to stay for our vacation. But the parent company, diamond resorts, treated us terribly and did next to nothing to fix their mistake.

I wasn't a overnight guest, but​ the staff was friendly. The facility was newly renovated and very clean. The pool-side was charming and kid friendly. A place I would consider revisiting.
