"My husband and I had stopped in a few times, primarily at the pre-owned store, and ultimately purchased from the large selection at the pre-owned store. I worked initially with Becky, and Nick was also helpful. Becky did a great job in helping me narrow down what bikes would be a likely fit. I stopped in a few times and took a number of test rides before choosing a bike for purchase. I always felt welcome, and didn't feel as though I was wasting their time or that they'd like me to hurry up and make a decision. I felt genuinely welcome there. Very accommodating, very helpful, very welcoming! -S"

Dan the Service Manager is awesome! Dan and his team simply know what customer service is. Don't go anywhere else to have your toys serviced. Great job Team Engelhart!

Brady did a wonderful job introducing me to the Indian Motorcycle brand and made my experience of getting my new motorcycle as good as it could have gotten. He was so informative about everything from the million questions I had and if he didn't know something he'd be honest about it. He was always clear and straight forward. Most of all though I owe it to him for suggesting to have me test drive it from the beginning when I was just strolling around the show room. If it wasn't for that ride I wouldn't have had the smile on my face that I do today riding my Chief. And from what I've seen that's replicated with the entire team at Engelhart. Everyone is very informative and open, they work with you to find what you need, I feel comfortable with everyone I talk to there. No one is pushing you in any one direction trying to catch a sale. From the show room to the gear and the service department I have had 5 star customer service all the way through. Engelhart is the store to go to for anything motorcycle. They have gained my loyalty.

I decided I wanted to buy a moped to get around campus and I found a beautiful Honda at Engelhart. Everyone I talked to was very helpful in the process! When I arrived to pick up my new moped, Jordan was there to give me the play-by-play on how this machine worked and how I should take care of it. He was extremely helpful and personable. My parents made me get a helmet and Jeff was there to answer any questions we had about them (he also brought out the helmet with the purple flames but I decided I wasn’t risky enough be shown in public with that bad-boy on my head) Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!!

"After I filled out an online form, Jordan contacted me the next morning to schedule a test drive. I explained what type of ATVs I had in mind and he had them ready to go for me. Jordan was very helpful, knowledgeable, witty, and was able to provide excellent customer service while being the only sales associate on the floor working with multiple customers. He made time for all of us without any pressure to purchase and answered all of our questions. Jordan, you totally rock! I'll be returning at some point for another Sportsman. Thanks for the card and the courteous service!"

First let me say that this was the best buying experience I’ve had, thanks to the great staff at Indian Motorcycle of Madison. From the email communications to the in store experience, everything was top notch. I drove/rode about 130 miles and it was all worth it. Great bunch of people to deal with, and had great prices on their motorcycles. Brady my Sales guy was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, and took his time answering all my questions. Even after looking at several motorcycles and asking him to run the numbers on different models, he was patient, transparent and I never once felt rushed or pressured. The whole team was great, Shaw helped me when I first got to the dealership by showing me the differences in the chieftain models and answering any questions I had. Tara had all the paperwork ready and is a big reason I bought a new Indian for about the same price as the used one I originally came in to look at. After finishing all the paperwork with Alissa, my new Indian Chieftain was waiting for me outside with tags, full tank of gas and everything ready to go. Brandon set me up with a great place to eat before I hit the road for the long enjoyable ride back home. If you are thinking of getting an Indian, definitely be sure to check out Indian Motorcycle of Madison. You will be glad you did!!!

"Brandon and I met with a handshake and a smile, and ended the deal the same way. Too many times when dealing on a new bike, we as customers forget the whole experience and focus on the bottom dollar. I feel I got a great deal on a new Indian, had some laughs, and made acquaintances that will greet me with a smile and a hand shake the next time they see me. Very professional, fantastic experience, good people to work with. Brandon, Brady, Tara, Alissa, all of them met me with a smile! If you're looking for a new bike, drop by and give them a shot, I was not disappointed."

I went in knowing mostly what I was looking for. I tend to do exhaustive amounts of research for anything I want to buy. The x factor is always how you feel about the people you are buying from. For long term purchases like a motorcycle it is important, in my opinion, to buy from people who are knowledgeable, fair, relatable, and experienced. Engelhart was all of the aforementioned. I am extremely happy with my purchase and purchase experience. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

"My experience at Indian Motorcycle of Madison was excellent! Brady was fantastic and did a great job explaining the bike and the process. It was a busy Saturday when my son and I walked into the showroom and we were welcomed by everyone we met and assisted at every turn. Even when Brady was busy with other clients, he made sure we were attended to by other staff members. Did not feel any pressure. Very easy place to do business with. Very happy customer."

“Just had my 2009 Zuma in for an annual service. Great experience from check-in to pick-up. Service guy even gave me a ride home. The mechanic shared some service tips to help keep my scooter running efficiently. I will always take my scooter there for future work. THANKS Guys!”

Very helpful salespeople, good selection! I went to pick up gear prior to my Beginners Motorcycle class, and the salesperson Jeff was very helpful. I'm completely new, and he had a fair bit of explaining to do, and he was patient and didn't push any specific brand or price range at me. I had gone in hoping for a specific helmet brand, they carried it, but not the pattern I wanted so I'm doing a special order. Could not recommend them more.

I recently bought a scooter at the dealer. The service was excellent from the sales people to the parts department guys. The staff is knowledgeable, and fun to work with, especially Jordan and Lee, which make it easy for customers like me to keep coming back for more motorcycle supplies, service, etc. Great service! I strongly recommend this dealer.

You guys all Rock! You helped me to find the perfect bike for me.Dan in Service helped set up the accessories, Finance helped me get a great rate and protection for the long haul for my bike. Robert was a champ helping me out and to see a owner polishing my bike at my delivery to make it perfect. Brandon and Brady at indian were very patient with my indecision for the longest time. Awesome team! Keep up the excellent work!

Everything about my recent interaction with Austin and Engelhart and the service work on my Honda Mower was excellent. Austin explained everything in a way that I could understand it and answered the few questions that I did have to my satisfaction. He and the other employee in the drive through who helped load the mower into my truck box put a good "face" and clear "voice" on Engelhart. They are a credit to the Company and your Staff.
