Had a water emergency with my main line. The only ones that would help with answers to my questions were Empire. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and arrived as early as possible. He spent a good part of the day working the issue and did not leave until he had done everything possible to solve our leak. Josh was very polite, easy to talk to and above all else professional. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week!

I had the best experience when calling Empire. They sent out two service techs Richard and Brian they were really helpful in making me understand my problem and were happy to answer any questions I had, there services definitely made me feel comfortable and i would highly recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC issues 😁👍🏾

They responded quickly to my Yelp message, sent someone here quickly, and fixed my stopped toilet, which was not an easy stoppage to release. They also offered guidance on a few parts I should get for my toilet to improve its performance, and recommended a specific plunger. Their customer service was so good that I'll be recommending them to friends and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs. 5 stars.

Jim the owner quickly respond to my online (Yelp) quote request on Tuesday, December 21, with a clear upfront quote, very competitive price to replace broken water heater and offered same day service. His technician Ignacio did a great job replacing an old leaky GE gas water heater that stopped lighting with a new 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. Now we have hot water again in the house after two days without hot water. Thank you, Jim and Ignacio.
