Leon was fantastic. Although he was supposed to have a helper but ended up having to come solo, he didn't stop until the work was completely done. He took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns sincerely. I hope he gets recognized for his dedication and integrity.

The only issue we had was that the job was not done completely right the first time when the new equipment was first installed by other techs. Leon came to save the day and fixed our airflow by installing new ducts, the right kind of thermostat for our unit, and balancing the rooms. Thanks so much for getting us from okay to great and taking care of us, Leon!

Tankless water heater stopped working. Several plumbers could not fix the problem. I called Casteel. Javier was prompt to come out. He did a great job explaining the issue and limitations and a solution. We did have to replace the water heater. Javier offered a great price on a better unit and was able to complete the install the same day. We now have hot water again. Great service!!

UPDATE: Rather than repair my AC/Heat unit they told me I had to replace both of them at a cost of more than $30,000 - they sent a salesperson to our home and he told me what a great deal $30,000 was. I went with Bob's AC for $16,000.
I have cancelled their service.

Here's another five star review - We've been looking for a reliable company since we moved here. Casteel was on top of the whole process - from setting the appointment on the phone to the service tech arriving on time, ready to get started on the job. Excellent experience, great work, very happy.

We greatly appreciate being able to have someone come out quickly when we’ve had an issue. Being able to make appointments online is a great help because often issues arise outside of business hours and then of course working during the day it’s not always easy to make a call etc. to set up an appointment.

We’ve also had great service by two techs who knew what they were talking about! In a day and age where some companies are just out for a quick buck, we’ve experienced the complete opposite with Casteel! Thank you for taking the time to hire quality employees who truly care about their work.

Can't ask for nicer or more competent folks. This is our "go to" company. This was an estimate. They explained everything completely and worked to give us the best possible price. Another company that was to give an estimate didn't show up after a 4 hour wait in an empty condo --TWICE!! I know Casteel will do the job right.
