Food was TERRIBLE !!!! Everything was cold. I asked my waitress if the soup was fresh, she stated she thinks it was from yesterday. All breads were cold and had condensation, not made fresh! Desert trays were even worse, condensation on brownies, cheesecake was sticky on top, lemon madeleines were wet. Costco food is better. Over priced in comparison to food Quality. They even had the nerve to add 18% gratuity to the bill when the waitress was slow and not friendly at all. She brought out the food and did not smile once!

Have been here quite a few times for proper tea. Service has been great, food is always delicious, and parking is not a pain. Also, they make reservations easy, compared to some other tea rooms in Cleveland!

Countless flavors of tea, gift/decorative trinkets, ice cream, and high tea available. Charming cozy atmosphere, garden seating, also has a bed&breakfast. A bit expensive when ordering more than tea, but absolutely worth the experience. (To-go cup of tea alone is very reasonably priced, loose leaf right into the cup, they use special eco-friendly lids with built in filters, if you are walking and stop by again, free hot water refills) Limited parking, best to walk/bike. Tucked away in foliage, if you're not looking for it you might drive past.

First time in a bed and breakfast! This one is exceptional! So welcoming. I can't say enough about the owner or her staff. The room is amazing with a private deck and an awesone soaking tub. The breakfast in the tea room was so whimsical and magical and delicious freshly cooked . I can't say enough. The grounds are beautiful. The metro parks trail backs right up to the property for breathtakingly beautiful walks. And the local area restaurants and bars area a quick walk over the bridge. We stay in alot of hotels for my SO business. This was our first bed and breakfast and I'm so happy with it. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the cleveland area.

My mom, sister and I LOVE the Emerald Necklace Tea Room! We try to go once per season. Gloria the inn keeper is a sweetheart! The food is delicious and the tea is comforting. We love it here!

I haven't stayed at the Emerald Necklace yet, but I have purchased a decent amount of tea the, and it is excellent! The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and I have heard the good is pretty good too!

Picked this Inn off the internet based on it's location and good reviews. Neither disappointed. Quaint placevery clean and neat. Bed was comfortablebreakfast was great and the owner was friendly and very accomodating. The bath was a little small and there was a tub with just a hand held shower but at least it was private. We had a very nice experience and would definitely stay there again!

The Emerald Necklace Inn was such a great experience. We just loved the Staff they were beyond friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice also. If your looking for a great get away please check out the Emerald Necklace!

Love this place! My family has been coming here for years for the tea variety and delicious food and adorable atmosphere. My husband and I spent the night in one of the rooms for a stay-cation and breakfast was amazing. The owner is very sweet.
