Decent hotel for the price. Hot tub and pool were great. The rooms were a bit dated and are lacking in features otherwise expected in pricier hotels. But, it was quite and the place is smoker and pet friendly if that is needed. Breakfast is complementary, but mediocre. Just frozen waffles, cereal, and toast. It's a good place if you just need somewhere quite to crash. That being said, the mattress was too firm for me, so I did not sleep well. The only concering thing was the front desk attendant; he was not super friendly and didnt speak well of the interaction with another guest we had witnessed at check in. Overall, 3 out of 5.

Not the quality I've come to expect from Super 8 this location was the most outdated and seediest one I've seen yet (actually, perhaps the only Super8 like itself)! However it does have a pool and hot tub which may redeem it a bit, though I visited neither so I can't guarantee that. This hotel reminded me more of an independent motel gone downhill and abandoned by the big chains, and bought by an Indian family that does the bare minimum to keep the hotel up to code. And it didn't even have 8 items (counted 4- cereal, waffles although there were none left, bread, apples) for breakfast that is the minimum that Super 8 advertises.

Ethan excellent front desk person. Gave good direction for freeway. Good conversationalist. Breakfast disappointing. Waffles and bread still frozen. Also set out late. Coffee 10 minutes late and not that good.

We came in last minute, late in the evening and were able to get a nice room for a fair price. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room appears to be clean and well stocked with towels, small coffee maker and a little blow dryer.
I would recommend bringing your own shampoo since the bottles are very small.response / report this review -

The rooms were in very good condition for the values price, and staff was excellent. The main lobby was very outdated, and reminecscent of a bad makeover. However, for the price and staff I would stay there again.

The room was nice, but really outed furniture. The front desk clerk had to bring remotes for tv, they were not in the room. The room was a king suite, with hot tub which was nice. The room was next to the elevator, which was noisy, and above the busy pool. There was no iron or board. The area of town we were in was very nice though. The desk clerk was very nice.

Don't be fooled by how the outside looks. The inside is well worn but VERY clean. The pool is not quite so pretty as the picture, but once again very clean. BE WARNED this hotel attracts a lot of families with small children, so be prepared to hear a little noise. Nothing too bad though. The front desk got was very helpful and pointed us to some of the best pizza we ever had. Add in the amazing water pressure and you have an overall wonderful experience.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1-star. My vehicle had mechanical issues. A tow truck was brought in to carry my vehicle 242 miles back home. Upon checkout, the long-haired, ungroomed male associate informed my wife, who had our three children all under the age of 2 along with two teenagers, that she could not stay in the hotel lobby or in front of the hotel. Instead, he informed her that she either had to leave the premise or go behind the hotel and stay near the dumpster until I arrived back to pick them up. I was sent 30 minutes away to Akron by AAA to retrieve a rental vehicle to transport my family back home. When my wife inquired about just renting a room for an additional night, he informed her there were no rooms available. While outside, it began raining. My wife, again, inquired about staying under the shelter in the front of the hotel, and the associate refused. So, my wife remained near the dumpster of this hotel with a 2-year-old, a 16-month old, a 3-month old infant and two teenagers under the age of 16, waiting 3 hours for my return with a rental vehicle. Never again will my family stay in this chain or any of it's affiliates.

The room was very nice along with the pool area appearance wise very nice. The pool area restrooms not so nice bad odor and no one what in there to clean for two days. The clerk behind the lobby desk was very rude didn't really appeal to anyone everyone after talking to him was in a bad mood or looked angry. Other than the clerk and the pool area restrooms it was overall a good stay I enjoyed it besides the clerk and those restrooms

ohreallynow100 is a former guest, Don, who has stayed with us for a number of occasions. He recently phoned and asked about a weekly rate, we refused service to him due to his behavior while staying in our hotel, which was inappropriate, this is what prompted this google review. As you can see in his review that he is angry by the hateful racist words. We do care deeply about the opinions of our customers and we strive to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their stay. The Super 8 in Richfield Ohio was very clean and overall I had a good experience. The only downers I experienced poor lighting in the parking area and the thermostat to window unit was inoperable.

My husband and I got a jacuzzi tub room for a night and it was very nice. King suite has two rooms in a way . One room is like a master suite with the hot tub bath and the second is like a living room/kitchen area with the bathroom. Has a pullout couch chair and tv. Microwave mini fridge & / coffee maker. We Had hot water the entire time. The Pool was nice and warm & hot tub was very hot and nice as expected. Didn't smell like cigarette smoke like I've read either and my husband and I can't stand cigarettes. We will be returning. Great service from arrival to departure as well. ☺️😏😊
