Shower flooded bathroom every time. Water damage from past floods. Intimate item of mine stolen from room. Room wa ttoo small, uncomfortably so. Not a horrible stay, but it could have been way better. The woods are pretty and the bed was comfy.
This room was perfect for our quick one night stay to catch some sleep on our road trip. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations offered: including a king bed, a flat screen TV, a shower/bath, heater/air conditioner, a charging station next to the bed, reading lights over the bed, calming wall decor, a safe, and clean sheets!
The only thing I missed was a bathmat and the towels were a little small so you may want to bring your own if you’re looking for a spa experience. There was a soap and a shampoo in the shower, so again, bring your own hair products if you need to. We also had an exterior entrance to our room as opposed to being in a hallway.
My favorite part of our Red Roof Inn experience is that we got to bring our furry best friend along. Our dog was welcome without questions or fees. There were some grounds for him to walk on (while leashed) and poop bags provided to help accommodate owners. He was very cozy in the bed and enjoyed the space as well.
Thank you Red Roof for accommodating our family! It helped us get some much needed rest. We would be glad to come again! Four out of four paws up!
You know, I hear people say, "well for the price it's a fair accommodation; even though it's dirty!" It would be nice to have the 'fair accommodations' and still be clean. I actually enjoyed my stay, but I dislike the FACT that I had to do my own cleaning! The floor in room 228 was really dirty. Come on Red Roof, you can do better!!
P.S. The staff were friendly!
I was surprised. The rooms look really nice for the price. I booked through Expedia, for a king, they were out. Which didn't bother me since the king dis don't have a fridge or microwave, I ended up with a double room. Totally fine by me. Dog stayed free which is great.
Stayed here last night with my husband and kids. The lady that checked us in yesterday afternoon was really friendly and got us our room quick. Our room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. The man working that night was also friendly when we asked for extra towels. Check out was fast as I was in a hurry because my kids were being impatient. The girl in house keeping this morning was really nice. Overall great experience. We would definitely come back.
Low budget motel. We had a pet and the room was a good location to take him in and out. Staff were good.
Only one good place seems to deliver there. The fridge, microwave, and run weren't all that clean but manageable. But there's a burger kind right there and its right off the highway. Unsure if I would go back though.
I was able to make a last minute reservation and was very pleased with the experience. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The only odd thing about the room was there was no soap provided whatsoever but perhaps that was a mistake. I would definitely stay here again.
Was a great room, got a good price booking online. I liked the outdoor access to the room having a dog with. The room was clean, good wifi, good space in the room. Was very pleased with our stay, would definitely stay here again. Was easy access off the interstate and gas station right across the street for morning fill up.
Awful experience. Front desk worker was not helpful or pleasant to deal with.
I asked for more towels and she literally said "ok" and just hung up.
Previous to checking in, I asked if my significant other could check in even though my name and debit card were on file. A different front desk worker explained that yes he could check in, but they will need to pay for the room then, regardless of whose name/card is on file. I asked if I would also get charged since my card was on file and the worker said no, only the person checking in will have to pay. I was in a wedding and didn't have time to check into the hotel, so I figured we would just have to deal with the different way of paying. Not only did he get charged for the room, I *also* got charged! I went to the not pleasant front desk worker who basically said "company policy, sorry" even though I specifically called and asked if I would get charged or not! Now I have to wait 3-10 days for the charge to come off of my bank account.
All around a not nice experience. They need to be more transparent with their policies and employ better guest service employees.
I was surprised. The rooms look really nice for the price. I booked through Expedia, for a king, they were out. Which didn't bother me since the king dis don't have a fridge or microwave, I ended up with a double room. Totally fine by me. Dog stayed free which is great. Only thing I'd say that was bad, the truck parking, it used to be a good size lot, now it's a new medical facility. So trying to put a 53 foot trailer and truck in there was near impossible. Bobtail or straight truck only I'd say. Everyone was nice. The older gentleman, didn't catch his name, he came out when he seen me struggling. Nice guy. Overall very good hotel for its price.
I stayed a week while visiting family I had a good experience it was very clean and the people that work there was very nice. The rooms have small kitchens with full size fridges so I didn't have to go out to get food all the time. I really liked my stay and would stay again.
we had a great room asked for a first level and we got it. desk people were wonderful and the service was great. Thanks Jamie for working so hard to make our stay great. We will be back next year and we will let our friends and family know this is the place to stay. Thank you everyone best vacation we had and we owe most of it to you Red Roof Inn.
It's always interesting to stay in a Red Roof because you are essentially staying in someone's home and everyone provides in different ways. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and dessert with breakfast is right up my alley. Our hostess was lovely.
Not very clean, had hair everywhere from previous guest so that tells me they didn't even wipe things down or bother to sweep the floor. There was a stain on the comforter. A dead bug on the floor. We asked to have the floor cleaned when we came back only the bed was made and trash taken out.The rooms are very small. Advertised a fridge and microwave we did not have one in our room. It was only 60 bucks but even for sixty dollars they leave a tip envelope out you would think they would take pride in cleaning.
Pro: They do have flat screen, I did not have a problem with the wifi. It is reasonable distance to downtown Cleveland. The room has a safe.
Besides being dirty I really don't have much else for complaint. The staff that I encountered were nice. If people are outside you will hear them. It was mostly quiet though, unless someone passed your door/window. Didn't really bother me.
I would bring your own toiletries unless you don't mind cheaper than usual hotel soap and shampoo. :)
Also close to restaurants.
Hope this is helpful :D
