Seriously needs an update. Individual units have been upgraded by owners and some are very nice. The common areas, however are pretty shabby.

For the price and closeness to the beachno complaints. If however you are looking for a Marriott experience keep going. This is a low end retirement condo and was perfect for a place to sleep and shower. Again, nothing is closer to the water on the whole beach!

Room we requested was not the room available at check-in. No on-site assistance had to call Washington State and still were not accommodated to our satisfaction.

ABSOLUTELY THE.WORST. Terrible.GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.JACK NICKOLSON HAD IT BETTER.IN THE.SHINNING..RED RUM..and if you have a problem. ..good luck.IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO fix the hole in my ceiling from 4 years ago.I ASKED FOR INTERNET.4 YEARS AGO.STILL WAITING. .it would be easier to swim across the gulf of mexico than to get them to assist you.!!.this place is not for guestsor EVEN ownersit's for the management. OR THERE INNER CIRCLE And board members.who make rules to fit themselves not us..or..all others .THERE. IS ABSOLUTELY.NO PARKING here 95 PERCENT OF TIME. And THE.MANAGER IS A CROSS BETWEEN BARNEY FIVE IN MAYBERRY.OR . CURNAL.CLINK. ON HOGANS.HEROES. ORMR ROPER from THREES.COMPANY. even her staff dosent.like her.AND I WATCH GOOD.STAFF WORKERS LEAVE OR GET FIRED ON ACCOUNT OF HER.ITS SAD..
If you have a nice car.leave It At home..not only will people door ding you here..or hit YOUR CAR and runbut the staff is not afraid of grinding metal or painting over your vehicle..or painting around with over spray and yes getting paint all over your car..or dropping sheets of plywood on your car or they love to power wash the concrete and blast your car with dirt rocks and debree. And if you try to tell them anything. .they will blame you..and tell you they aren't responsible..for there ignorance or lack of respect. They could add up to 12 more parking spots here..but they refuse to act on it. stuborn people..and they don't carethey want parking to be an inconvenience so they can make us the owners buy land across the street Wich.im sure THEY.. will make some GREAT $$ bank on.its always about THE.MONEY..for themyou know them..yes fountain blue has a swamp here ..and it needs TO BE drained..WE NEED A DONALD TRUMP HERE TO RUN THEM.OUT. I've Been Here ALmost.5 years.and I've Never Seen Such A Lack Of Respect For US THE.people.the Rules Change.Here Like THE.weather..First U Can Have Chairs.on THE.balcony..Then U cant..Then U can..and absolutely no plants..beach towels..or what ever they decide.and yes they will take your stuff.Then THEY Say EVERYONE.HAS To Wear Rist.bands on the propertyWICH.THEY Never do.AND I MEAN THEY NEVER DUE..HYPOCRITES.THEY Just Want To CHARGE. We rented off flipkey unit 317. Best condo stay ever! I can't comment on any other units but the owner of this unit is friendly kind and helpful. They greet you in person the day you check in and go over any questions or info you need. The view is amazing. It felt like I was eating breakfast over the water. The stairs to the beach were next to our room so we walked right out and down to the beach. Plenty of private parking. Olympic size pool was awesome, it went to 8ft deep! Plenty of Wash off showers. Pool is not heated just to let you know. No bugs no leaks no issues. Other full time owners were friendly and spoke every time we walked by. Bed was comfy and roomy. This place is wonderful do not let any one steer you away and my husband and I are very picky on where we stay

This place has really turned around is all I can say! The view is just stunning. Looking out of the condo window you can view the sunrise or take a short walk to the observation deck on the 1st floor and watch the sunset. This building has seen it's share of hurricanes and I can say if only this building could talk, the stories it would tell. The heated, olympic size pool was also a treat. This is not a hotel but an individually owned condo. And the renovations that have been done are just gorgeous. For the price, location and gorgeous room I give this place 5 stars!

Our condo was perfect. Comfy and cozy. Walk out our door and can see the beautiful waters. Clean and sweet. Tight quarters but it worked for my 1 adult 3 kids squad. My go to! Vacations are hard to come by for a single parent home this place was outstanding and didn't break the bank! Love Love Love!

Love all the improvements going on at the property. Many owners have completely renovated and updated their units! Such a great vintage charm and love the terraces and you can't find another property closer to the emerald water. Be sure to book directly with the individual owner of the unit so you will see the photos of the actual unit.
