I have been coming to this laundromat for 12+ years, if my memory serves me correctly. It has always had friendly, helpful staff, and is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. However, in the past few years the quality has gone down as the prices have gone up.
As I look around today, a good third of the dryers and several washers are posted as out of order. I wish could say this was a anomaly, but it seemed to be becoming far more common in the past year or so. Additionally, though I love the card system for payment, it should not take 27+ insertions of the card into a drier to get it to register the 6 times that you need it to.
I fully understand the need to raise prices to cover costs, pay insurance, replace equipment, and so on, but I feel a larger focus on equipment maintenance would again make this a 5 star laundromat. I hope to see further improvement as they continue to replace outdated equipment.response / report this review -

Attitude SUCKS!! The lady first told me to go to gas station and get change in which I was fine with. I asked to use restroom before I went and she replied I'm not suppose to be here so go use their restroom as well. A patron informed me of a very nice place across town. So I took my clothes, my pee and my business to the more friendly laundromat. I'm from out of state and if ever I'm in this town again I have this place on my never stop again list! The only reason for a 1 star is I can't give a negative 5 star

This is one of the very best laundromats I've every used. The owner and staff are fabulous,
and the store is always clean and inviting.
The high efficient machines allow me to get my laundry done quickly, and if I'm in a big hurry, I can always use their "Wash Dry Fold
service. I always recommend the Embassy
Laundromat to friends & family!

The prices are a bit low for the area but half the dryers don't work. The is also not ample seating.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Dropped off clothing to be washed and the next day its folded, hung and delivered on time. Great job! WiFi and convenience store attached.
