Went in for service. I was told I was getting discounted price, would not apply the coupon I had for 15%off parts and labor. Found out later Not discounted price! My advisor name khanh duy cao. Do not go to him he lies and rips off the customer!

Lannon was the best! Very friendly and he explained what they were doing on my car in details. Totally recommend him.
Update: someone else helped and didn't even turn off the "maintenance required" light after it was done and when I called, didn't even apologize and told me to come drive back 20 miles. 😠Also did not tell me to come back while my warranty is covered (I went when it was due as on the sticker they put on my windshield) so I lost my last service!response / report this review -

Save yourself from this place. I went in to buy a certified pre-owned corolla and they wouldn't budge a penny. The sales person got someone from finance and after exchanging a few words, he asked me to quote a price. I offered to pay sticker price as out of the door price. The bloke began a long tirade about how uninformed I was about the car market and how it was disrespectful of me to quote such a price. I offered to walk out and asked for the worksheet for reference. The chap rudely snapped back at me and walked away with the paper.
This dealership probably expects its customer to pay what they quote and not expect to negotiate. I wont buy a car or service from them no matter how good a deal they offer.response / report this review -

Mr Tai Tran was the most professional car salesman I have ever encountered. He was courteous and real. Not the at all like the traditional high pressured sales vultures that usually are all suited up and waiting for the next bite. If you ever buy a vehicle at Elmore Toyota insist that Tai Tran help you. You won't go wrong. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

I WAS SOLD A LEMON .ACTUALLY A LEMON WOULD HAVE PROBABLY LASTED LONGER I WAS SOLD A ROTTEN LEMON AT THAT. PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL OF THE NEGATIVATE COMMENTS AND PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!! there was a used Mini Cooper on their lot and they showed me the Carfax and some bullsht blue book papers which btw it was AND YOU CAN DEFF TALK THEM DOWN BIG TIME THEY MIGHT GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND TELL YOU OH MY COMPUTER DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO BRING THE PRICE DOWN BULLLLLLLEFFFIIINNNGSHHHHHT THE MINI COOPER OF COURSE WAS WAY OVER PRICEDTHAT MINI COOPER IS NOT EVEN WORTH 500 DOLLARS. AS SOON AS I LEFT THAT DRIVE WAY BOOM THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON BUT BEING THAT IT WAS BOUGHT "AS IS" WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO AND ALSO BEING A FIRST TIME BUYER YOU CAN SAY I GOT EFFED OVER BIG TIME IT IS ALMOST INHUMANE. I WAS ALSO HESISTANT TO BUYING THE CAR BUT WITH THEIR TACTICS (PROBABLY ALL THESE GUYS WENT TO ACTING SCHOOL TOO BECAUSE THE WAY THAT THEY CONVINCE YOU ITS INSANE) I FELT LIKE HEY I GOT A GOOD DEAL.. A GOOD DEAL TO NEAR ME SEND ME TO THE HOSPITAL MAYBE. WHEN I TELL YOU THE ENGINE STARTS TO SHAKE AND RANDOMLY DOES NOT WANT TO MOVE WHILE WAITING AT A RED LIGHT, THE CAR HESITATES WHEN I PRESS ON THE GAS PEDAL, I PUT GAS IN THE DAMN CAR AND IT GOES FROM HAVING 200mls WORTH OF GAS TO HAVING 98mls FROM LITERALLY GOING DOWN THE STREET IT BEATS ME ON HOW THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. IVE HAD THE CAR FOR 2 MONTHS ALREADY WORTH MISTAKE EVER. PLEASE WHEN BUYING A CAR NOT ONLY FROM THESE CROOKS BUT FROM ANY DEALER BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC AND JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF I UNDERSTAND THESE SALESMEN ARE HERE TO MAKE A BUCK AND EVERYONE MUST EAT BUT WOW HAVE SOME MORALS.

I've brought my car in to get routine maintenance here more then once and they always do a great job. Prices are fair and sometimes cheaper and sometimes more expensive then other places. The dealership itself is clean and well kept and the waiting room is comfortable with a large television and they offer coffee and donuts.

The service department is awesome! Super friendly and helpful, and the shuttle is there to take you too and from wherever you need! One of the best experiences I've had.

The staff here especially the service department are friendly and professional. The prices for the service is pretty fair compared to other places I've gone to. But the thing I like most is knowing that I'm getting my Toyota services at a Toyota dealership by Toyota mechanics. That might not mean much to some people but it carries value to me.

I wish I could post pictures here, but just becareful when taking your vehicle here. While they were doing my oil change and rotating my tires they damaged my rocker panel completely. It seems like they lifted up the car wrong. There is a huge dent and they are claiming that I hit a curb which is pretty absurd because if I would hit a curb my rocket panel would've been scratch completely, but it's just such a huge dent. Anyone who gets services done at any dealer because inspect your vehicle before leaving the dealership. My advice to all of you. Again I wish I can post photos of it here, but I would post photos on the Yelp. Last time I am coming to this dealer.

Recently moved to California from Alabama and had to get my car tuned up (service light and tire pressure light came on and reached 5k miles). Elmore Toyota not only had exceptional service but also outstanding manners and cleanliness! There was also a recall on a part in my car for the passenger safety system and the service guys at Elmore Toyota went ahead and replaced the parts while they did a minor maintenance tune up on my car, and they had given me a free car wash/vacuum when I got it back! Not to mention my car had been hit the day before by a hit and run driver in a parking lot, and Elmore Toyota gave me a free repair estimate. These are WONDERFUL men who are very easy to work with and reach. Its easy to make your appointment online and an overall exceptional team of people! Would highly recommend to friends!

Elmore Toyota is a pleasure to deal with. They go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Even other Toyota dealers recommend them!
I trust them with servicing my precious car.
After having been to many places to service my various cars over many years, I find Elmore Toyota to be the best ever in terms of price, quality, standards, availability and just all-round excellent customer service.

I ran a little behind to my appointment and was greeted and treated great. I had several services that needed to get done at once related to a recall, mileage service, and paint protection. My car was delivered back to me within about 5 hours, which is less time that I thought. The check-in and check-out process was fast, which is what I would expect for an appointment. Sean was very helpful. Thanks everyone. If we can do this for each visit, I look forward to my next appointment.
