I go to get a new key programmed $192 for the key $192 additional for programming it. I have my car towed down there and when fiat in calls me to tell me that when they tried to program it but the module for the antitheft system “blew up “ their words not mine it was gonna cost me an additional $1100 to replace that part so they could program it . My other key worked perfectly fine there’s nothing wrong with the antitheft control module. They wouldn’t even show me the part that they were replaced off my car doesn’t everyplace say hey here’s the part we took off just to show you that they actually did some work to your car these people are crooks I’m really just wondering if I could give zero stars

Service department is incredible! 5 stars! I got a ticket for no front plate not knowing I had to have one as a new car owner in Cali, i called and they installed it same hour.
The rest of the process prior for getting the car was pretty bad. They lied, had no idea what they were talking about and were just trying to make sales. They told me a different price and rules when I came in, guessed at numbers and credits even in store before sales and yada yada. I still got the car, and price and reimbursement CVRP even with all the headache in store so I am a happy camper regardless of the hassle. Good thing i brought my dad or id have lost that deal.
Cant wait to get my routine check ups and stuff done at service, they were a pleasure for sure and brought OC Fiat up to 4 stars in my opinion.

I think sales team and financing need some more experience working professionally and politely with customers (at least who they want business from) and should be more knowledgable and honest.response / report this review -

I have to say one of the best experiences I have with OC Fiat. Staffs who help me are friendly and very knowledgeable in the product they’re selling. I feel very welcome and comfortable at this dealership. As for purchasing process, it was quick and simple from test driving to gettting a decent negotiable price, from getting credit approve to signing contract - it was brief. In fact, the longest wait time was getting the vehicle cleaned. I also want to mention that I really appreciate the help from Jordan H, the Studio Specialist who helping me deliver my newly purchased Fiat 124 Spider home.

I communicated with the general manager for more than a week with by email. I drove 250 miles because of the deal. When I got there the person that communicated with wasn't even there that day. Though she knew I was coming. No one else knew I was coming after getting passed through four different people and two and a half hours I finally finished the paperwork. The application was already pre-approved. A new this deal was a sure deal and no longer put any effort into my experience buying a car. If you're going to buy a car from Orange Coast don't let them know ahead of time you want it?

I’ve tried various dealers before to get info about leasing a car, but usually they get irritated or dismissive at my ‘stupid’ questions.
In short, I phoned this dealership on Friday even tho I live in Echo Park.
I was assisted by Shant. He answered every question I had, returned my phone call within 10min after determining a quote.
I made an appt to go to the dealership on the Sunday.
Later that afternoon I drove away with my new car.
The staff were super professional, light hearted and not pushy at all.
The experience of dealing with OC Fiat was exceptional.

I leased a car here a few years back after having a terrible experience at another Fiat dealership. The sales staff, the service staff, the finance staff, everyone has always been classy with me, and the coffee bar is always equipped. This will be my dealership as long as I stay involved with Fiat.

I got my fiat in august and it ran into a few complications and despite the time it took. Robert (the manager) was a wonderful help, and from the moment that I was in contact with him he updated me periodically about the car and the progress, and he was extremely accomodating and did his absolute best to make sure that the car was fixed and taken car of. He is on the best individuals that I have dealt with at OC fiat and would love to go to him for any other automobile needs.

Orange Coast Fiat were very nice and I felt that my Salesman Kris Wolfe went far and beyond do help make my Fiat purchase worth Wild. It's Awesome to see Decent Sales people who Do Truly Care about helping you buy a car and a Decent price. :-) I had just turned 50, and decided I was Going to Get the FIAT and my Dreams Came True. :-) Thank You OC FIAT! I heard of a deal on the Fiat 500e. When I got to OC Fiat I was introduced to Vanessa. She was amazing. She showed me all the available cars and I found one in a color I hadn't even thought of. Once I decided on that car the process moved very quickly in a very professional manner. It was a great experience over all. I don't think it could have gone any better.

Right when I arrived I was greeted and introduced to sales associate Mahsa. She was very knowledgeable about that Fiat 500e and knew I was already there for the great sale they were having. From walking onto the lot to driving off in a brand new 500e lease I think it was an hour and a half. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for not just myself but my wife and five year old daughter as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our visit was short, the briefing on the ongoing offers was fast and seemed honest. No crazy talk, no waiting for the ghost of the manager to approve, no pushing extra features / warranties / extras or frills. Offers were itemized, differences in prices were explained.
We've decided on a different type of vehicle, but the overall experience was very positive - a rare occurrence with the current breed of car dealers.response / report this review -

This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. My husband and I went in to test drive an electric Fiat 500e and ended up leaving with it in no time. The whole process was quick and efficient. Our salesperson, Vanessa, was great. She wasn't pushy and gave us time to decide if we wanted the car or not. With a $69/month lease, how could we leave without our little orange Fiat?! Everything was done within 2 hrs., including the test drive, credit application, and finance paperwork. Plus, Vanessa showed me all the perks and helped me set up my car. I've been telling everyone about this great experience. Thanks OC Fiat!

First time getting fiat. Not good experience with them. They only care making money out of people. But after you purchase the car, they don't care about any of your problem or questions. They even make fun of Asian old lady drivers. When we contact the customer service, they just keep asking us to call the other department. And then end up without any result. Not friendly experience ever! Too bad hat I got the car already:( I love the car, just don't come here and buy your new car if you care about customer service.
