One of very few book stores left here and for that reason alone they deserve five stars.

Rather small, but eclectic, attention grabbing selection that makes parting with your dollars the culmination of an adventure. You may have to park several blocks away. Don't forget where you parked!

A lovely little oasis of calm amidst the crazy jostle of the LB 101. Nicely curated, and the shelves are dotted with personal book recommendations from the staff.

FANTASITC! ! Every book seems to be selected based on merit rather than profitability and publisher. There is only so much room in a small bookstore like this so you end up with the highest quality books rather than the mass market shotgun approach of piling every book on the shelves. This place seems to have a purpose much higher than money: joy of good reading and community.

Great selection! Had a fun time browsing and picked up some books and cute cards. Loved that it was all sci-fi but seemed a stiff with lack of sci-fi art. Still had a good time! And cute café for coffee right next door.

A great place where I could find the book I was looking for. The woman working there was really nice and lovely! Thank you! It's the difference when you choose a little place instead of a mall. I got a beautiful memory in my last day in Laguna :-) Your friends from Spain

Great place to find old books or books about Laguna Beach, CA and its history. I believe it's the oldest bookstore in Laguna Beach, CA , but I could be wrong. Fun place to browse for a while. When you're done browsing, buy something and keep this place in business!

The location, the books and the staff book knowledge are worth travelling to visit this store whenever
I am in Southern California.
I always find some wonderful books to buy thanks to the staff picks. When I am not in the neighbourhood, their website is very useful.response / report this review
