  I took in a wedding ring setting to have the center stone placed. I was told it would take 2-3 days. After three days, I called to check and was told they were having a little difficulty and wanted to be sure the stone was set perfectly in the setting. When I got my ring back, the stone was sitting crooked and one side was lower than the other. It looked as if they had used glue to hold the stone in place as well. When I tried talking to the salesperson, they said there was nothing wrong with the setting and they refused to fix it.

  The jeweler here did am absolutely amazing job on fixing my wedding ring. It looks great and I'm so happy with the out come! The costumer service is also superb! I would recommend that when shipping around for a repair or interested in something new, definitely try here first! Thanks you again guys! One happy customer!!! 😀

  I read the reviews for this jeweler in the Lake Wales mall, I was a little hesitant at first, we went there to look at wedding ring sets because I fell in love with a set I had seen there. The staff was very nice and really took the time to explain things to us about our purchase. They sized my ring and saudered both together. I do not know about the issues other people had with the Jeweler, I thought he was really awesome! He repaired another ring I had also. Our experience with Elegant Jewelers was really great. There are always going to be bad reviews on everything. For my husband and I this was a great place to go very professional service.

  Was treated rudely! Tried ring on was to big told we can size it so I put it in lay away. After I picked it up told in house sizing on Tuesday. Brought it back for sizing and was embarrassed in front of friend with me. Did you buy it here???? When????? Well you waited on me just a couple days ago!!!!!!! Told I have to pa y for sizing. Then told I have to talk to salesperson to see if I was really told that, felt like U was being called a liar. Sale lady was cold impolite and can't smile. Went next door to Kay's, wonderful experience!!!!! They have all my future business. When I got home there was a call on answering machine now they will size it. Sorry no thanks!! Felt like I was disrespected will never shop there again!!!!!

  Paid 35 bucks to have a ring sized and cleaned they said 2 days. 3 days later its gonns be 3 more days. Stick with a better jeweler
