Perfect vacation location, stayed for 4 days while visiting family. Loved all the great amenities, community pool, gate guard, private pool, lake, walking trail, and game room, tiki bar. AwesomeA must see!!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Our family stayed in one of the houses here and the second to last day there we found one of the bed rooms was INFESTED with bed bugs. They were all in the mattress, the light switch and the paneling in the walls. When we brought it to the owners attention, he stated the best he could do was move us an hour away to a different home. No refund or anything. One of our kids was bitten from head to toe and has to go to the doctor for treatment.

Very gorgeous and clean resort. It is gated and security takes pride in protecting the residents. Initially security would not let us in until we showed proof we were lodging in the resort. The resort has many amenities such as, a fully stocked bar, basketball court, movie nights, etc. The home was rented for the weekend was very clean and came with a pool. Lots of parking spaces as well.

We're staying at a rental property at Terra Verde resort. This is our second year here and the service is excellent. We had minor pool issues this visit and a call to the pool service was addressed immediately and effeciently. I haven't utilized the pool and clubhouse but had an Amazon delivery routed there and they helped with that perfectly. All-in-all this is a clean, quiet, safe place to rent a place to visit Disney and Universal. I'd rent here again anytime.

Clean community. Helpful staff, although the bartenders seemed a bit moody. The security guards had the best attitudes. All amendities and activities were great. Gym was small but sufficient and the movie night was a good touch (although we never made it there).

Terra Verde is an amazing resort. The community center has a nice size pool, an arcade, a fitness center, kids playground & a sauna that you are able to use for free. We rented a house from a vacation company & the house was beautiful with a private pool. All the houses in the resort have a similar look on the outside with perfectly manicured lawns. The staff were very nice & accommodating, always have a welcoming smile with a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely stay in this resort again just use a different vacation rental company.

Pure ,clean ,friendly, great atmosphere host mark was quick responsive to any issue ! Pools clean ! Houses clean! Landscaping amazing! Very tropical. rooms spacious, comfortable beds! Hot tub amazing jets with lights in it!! Pool by front office is a must see also has tiki bar right by pool!! Awww just a wonderful time!! Thank you Terra Verde an Unique Florida homes!!

This place is wonderful. They have all the amenities anyone could need. And the clubhouse can find something for you to do. The location is kinda out of the way. Although the restaurants near the place make up for the distance.

Beautiful home, lack of basic necessities such as extra toilet paper, paper towels or coffee filters. There was also no laundry soap, dishwasher soap nor dish soap. Wifi is not working and has not been fixed after a day. Our pin to unlock the door did not work and waited outside. Luckily for the pest control guy that let us in. Office has not called us back after leaving messages. They have yet to be available to answer their phone.

The accommodation excited my expectations, the house that we started was full furnished and had everything we, a family of 10, needed to spend the week. The neighbourhood is charming and the shared pool at the Office building is a great place to spend some time with the kids. There was also a private pool and a jacuzzi in the house we rented. The pool was clean and heated. A great experience over all. I'm definitely staying here again.
